It was a clean, new property - somewhat near the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for us. Host was accommodating.

During my stay at this hotel, I found several standout features that significantly enhanced our experience: Location: The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient. It's situated in a nice area with the bonus of having a grocery store right downstairs. This made our daily necessities easily accessible, adding to the comfort of our stay. Room size: The rooms are surprisingly spacious. They appear much bigger in person than they look in the pictures, providing ample space for relaxation and storage. Cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness is outstanding. Every area within the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, is kept in immaculate condition, which we greatly appreciated. Amenities:The room was well-equipped with modern conveniences, including a large fridge, a microwave, and notably, a washing machine. These amenities contributed significantly to the comfort and ease of my stay, allowing for a home-like environment where I could manage meals and laundry at my leisure. Service: The service here is top-notch. I would like to extend my gratitude to two remarkable staff members, Taha and Dadoon. Both were incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to assist with any requests, making my stay feel welcoming and cared for. The hotel's maintenance team deserves a special mention. They are always ready to help in providing assistance whenever needed. Their prompt and friendly service contributed greatly to the positive environment of the hotel. Safety and Suitability: I found the hotel environment to be safe and welcoming, making it a perfect choice for both families and solo travelers.

* The parking is very limited on-site but many places are available nearby. * The room view was not impressive at all, it was looking to the escape ladder and building back. * The place is a bit far from all the Islamic Mosques (Nabawy Mosque 15-20 minutes, Qibaa Mosque 12-15 minutes, and Qiblatyn Mosque 20-25 minutes) by car.

* The check-in process was very fast through mobile application by Mr. Taha. * The room is wide and modern with all facilities needed to make your stay comfortable. * The room has microwave, washing machine, big fridge, electronic stove, and kettle. * The technology used for locking the room door with a smart card, the lighting system especially the moon-light one in the bed room was innovative. * the bellman service is very quick. * The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. * The place is surrounded with restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, vital street (Prince Muqren street), and a big mosque.

The location is a bit far from haram but what makes it worse is the projects and road closures that make it difficult to get to haram in time. I would recommend geting your own car or renting if the purpose of your visit is the haram or paying more and staying walking distance to haram.

The place has recently opened so it is normal for it to be clean as new.

The area of the hotel is great, mosque right opposite and also a big variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. Around 10 minutes away from the prophet's mosque by taxi. Approx cost of taxi to 20 to 30 sar each way. Can also be less if negotiated correctly. Great service from great staff

They given in roof floor flat. Also no curtains for the window so sunlight comes directly. Also doesn't feel privacy due to the room was in terrace and not an concrete roof

What was not ok was the washroom. While it was clean, the slope of the washroom was such that the water after the shower just did not flow to the drainage but just stood there. A poorly engineered floor of the washroom ruined our otherwise nice stay.
