No care for the garden ( the grass have no cut) for along time , the The front yard does not have a waste pail, and if you put anything in the yard, it will remain for the second day. The window glass has not been cleaned for a long time! The cleanliness in the rooms is excellent, the staff is helpful and good

Staff aren't trained enough to know the concept of customer service, I had to wait for check-in till a senior guy comes to do that, the guy in reception did not know anything. The price for the location and quality of the hotel is very high. The worst thing was that my friend and I consumed the two very small bottles of water in the first evening, and the next morning we called the recipient to have another two to make tea for our breakfast then surprisingly they replied we have to buy, this is rediculous, the first time ever I hear this, the water in this country is everywhere and everyone services it, I can't imagine myself paying more than 500SR for one night and the hotel can't service our room with water cost 1SR. We tried to buy tea from the reception then they said one cup will cost 12SR, this is absolutely unjustified at all. Neither the hotel brand nor the services and the quality of the hotel would fit with such behaviour. I strongly advise the management of this accommodation to review their philosophy of their hotel and adhere to the national and international hotels practices. What seems to be clear is that the long strange name of the hotel gives a wrong feeling about the quality of the hotel and the quality of services. I such region and city I hope this will be enhanced soon

Horrible customer service, the room has no hot water, 2 minutes of hot shower time that’s it then the rest is cold. I was told i can checkout at a certain time, i get a call and get told i have to checkout one hour earlier because the room is and i quote “reserved”. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I talked to the manager Ahmad Khalid i told him i want a partial refund to be fair because a full refund doesn’t make sense. He refused and came up with excuses and apologized , his apology doesn’t fix my horrible time here. Do not come to this 1 star hotel. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I do strongly recommend that you rent furnished apartments for a quarter of the price and 10X better service. Im still extremely firm on my refund.

Polite and very helpful staff, specially Mr Meshal who help me out of the way. Very neat and clean hotel, rooms and everything. Lounge space, outside garden, parking space. Spacious room, modern touch, with every facility. Enjoyed my stay, recommend it, will definitely come again.

They don't have choices on the menu, it is supposed to be 3 different options but they didn't have availability. So everyday I was eating the same. They don't have gym, pool, etc...
