The location of the hotel was perfect for us as a family with 2 kids (8&5yo). In front of the gate exactly opposite the Rawda (green dome) so you could cross the mosque from the inside and u find urself on the other side to go give your salam to our Prophet sas or visit the Rawda charifa. Womens prayer halls are right across the corner as well. Many stores, the mall and Bin Dawood are next door. Also The tour bus to make ziyarat is across the street and would definitely recommend it. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the vibes and style of the facilities and the interior perfume when you get in the Lobby is soo refreshing. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room service was also delicious but the portions were extra large so we recommend ordering one dish for 2. It's largely sufficient.

Really let down by minor things in housekeeping and staff not up to 5 star standard. Vacuum and spare bed were left in corridor for several hours which is lazy and unprofessional. It’s unsightly for customers to walk past each time. Front desk staff were unclear if basic information and gave incorrect/conflicting information eg. Incorrect breakfast times were given, incorrect journey time for taxi to airport etc etc I decided they were unreliable and would say anything to avoid saying they were unsure - which is unprofessional.

There is not much to say that we didn't like however pay at the property term make it lot easier.

What is not to like? When you are on 'Pilgrim' journey and you have a nice clean quite hotel, you can't expect more. Our room was 'Executieve Suite Room' which was vey spacious lots of natural lights (if we wanted just move the curtains). Hotel room was clean and cquite even the outside not just the hotel the quality of the guest that matters as well. Location was wonderfull just where we wanted it to be very close to Masjid Al Nawabi and food street and close by all the resturants you wanted even though it has wonderful resturant and cafes with favoulus viwe.

Well, It is simply the best property to stay in Madina. I know Dar al Taqwa is closer but that is too dated now. The rooms are nice and clean, toilets spacious enough, facilities, staff services nice and hospitable.

The windows of the rooms wouldn't open. There was no fresh air entering the room. The cuisine can be better. Especially sweets are under hilton standarts.

Nice and close to Haram. Breakfast/school and Iftar were good. Special shout out to Saeed waeen. Rooms were okay.. house keeping need to improve their cleaning. I feel for a 5 star Hotel... some upgrades and renovations are necessary. Other than that... I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location, infront of the main gate of Haram. Easy access to all facilities, shops, restaurants near Haram. Great facilities in the hotel. Clean & comfortable room. Friendly & supportive staff especially Marwah & ibtida. They are very cordial, helpfull, polite & professional. Very nice breakfast.

They don't have open restaurant where you can dining in instead of your room. In the breakfast buffet an item finished but they couldn't afford more items even still 1 hour to close the buffet, but they only ended with "we apologise"
