How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The chalet price was a bit high.They should have given us a bit of discount since we stayed in the hotel as well.If they can give us discount for the chalet we will always go back there for sure

Staff didn't prepare the suite as requested beforehand from arrival. Many items were missing (didnt provide enough cups, plates towels, slippers, etc for 3 people as per our booking). Some items were not functioning properly (TV had to be fixed, iron and board had to be replaced), and some were used before (like used tissue boxes). The surfaces in the rooms such as tables and shelves and cups in toilets needed to be wiped to remove dust. The showers in both rooms didn't have curtains or partitions so showering always made the whole floor wet inevitably. Cooking utensils were incomplete. They provide a frying pan and cooking pot but no utensils like spatula, so you must use the eating spoons or forks with them. Also we had to request to replace the cooking utensils with something that can be used from another room that had fewer scratches as the ones in our room were very damaged from a lot of scratches and not safe to cook with. Washing liquid and sponge are not provided. Kitchen sink has no drain filter. There's a microwave but no plate that is compatible for heating (only melamine plates). You can use the microwave if you'll heat the cups provided or takeaway food that is in microwave safe containers only. The freezer inside the fridge was missing its door, so temperature of the fridge as a whole is not regulated. If you place some items like fruits on certain shelves they'll freeze. We were not provided with a solution for it, making it difficult to store some food we bought to eat later. The dresser tables with mirrors in both rooms do not have seats. They provide only 2 wooden hangers per closet, any extra requested will get you the very thin metal hangers that is usually used in the laundry shops.
Beds were very comfortable and clean. Blackout curtains provided. Enough storage areas for clothes and other items. Good lighting design. Wifi connection was very good and provided immediately at check in. 2 TVs in the living room and main bedroom. Bathrooms were generally clean, and have water heaters. The rooms were quiet. The staff was responsive and helpful when requesting for general items like toiletries, water etc.

two main problems, one A.C cooling was worst mostly bedroom A.C not able to sleep comfortably. second wifi connectivity. every single minute it disconnected and reconnect, all the time I have to open my data for work.
The location was good, near to all facilities. The hotel is clean and maintained with no problem in parking and staff was cooperating. I am satisfied overall hotel.
