The most uncomfortable bed iv ever been in, stayed 3 days and room were not cleaned nor bedsheet changed. same towel! The bathroom is old. Attached is the picture of the breakfast they bring to your room!

The location is okay, the staffs are okay, IF you want a place to drop your bags and go out yeah! Lots can be done to that hotel and make it amazing. The ONLY Great thing is check-out at 3pm!

At least, give customers the choice of breakfast at least three choices to a bare minimum. The checking time at 15:00 when I have arrive at 7 a.m and have to sit at the lobby for 8 hours without being offered coffee tea or water is not good at all.

The breakfast was not good as it seems customers don't have a choice. It is an imposed breakfast- take ir or leave. There is no coffee but tea only.

The kitchenette had very few utensils, cookware and crockery, the fridge was small and inefficient, which together with a very basic stove and simple microwave meant that proper cooking wast not practical. The apartment was generally under equipped (no hangers in the wardrobe, not enough towels and no bathmat) and not well maintained (many sockets did not work, handles and knobe were falling off) with very little natural light (small windows with unpleasant view). There was no restaurant and the breakfast was paultry and very basic.

The hotel was centrally located and the room/apartment was a good size and reasonably clean. Staff were generally helpful. Very good and keenly price laundry services were availabe next door and the hotel sorted it out accordingly.

area looks old. booked family but when ask additional towel they said no stock. no rug in the bathroom. the tv bracket is not in place (broken), it almost dropped when i placed my hdmi cable. noisy area because we are near the elevator ( i think elevator has the problem). the location is very difficult to find. they wrote behind blackbox but is is far from the hotel

the breakfast is ok if you are not hungry. the pool is for adult, but there is lifesaver device.

the manager in morning shift who does not know how to make a receipt under companies name... when i checked in i clearly mentioned to the night shift manager that i need invoice under company name and VAT to which he agreed. but when i was checking out the morning shift manager denied the receipt saying his system does not have that option due to which I have to bear the expenses even though it was a business trip.. if you are going on business trip and need invoice under company I suggest to look for another hotel.

wifi connection is slow, breakfast is plane simple small item, broken AC, broken window lock, broken /old dustbin cover, and door locked inside is broken and lastly, the mop head or floor cleaning mop they used is dirty and smelly.

with window as customer type not used not to see natural daylight in day time inside a room. room issued was spacious and comfortable

bathroom door handle fell on my feet and it was heavy , furniture is outdated , a glass every where waiting to be broken, ac is cold but noisy.

Exteremely horrible breakfast., scrambelled eggs looked liked as if prepared days ago and very cold as well with very small portion. About 5 or 6 satellite channels only. Bad lighting all over the place. Blackout in the bedroom cannot be withdrawn.

Very friendly staff at the reception, they do anything to make you happy. Spacious studio. Very good kitchenett with all what you need; fridge, hot plates, microwave, kettle and othe kitchen tools.
