Could’ve been better if we could connect a device to the tv, or connect music to the speakers. The breakfast buffet is quite big but the menu could be less for more.

But in more details we enjoyed the space of the suite, new clean furniture, two toilets, the huge bathroom, the huge living room, the huge room, the view, quality of the bed, black out in curtains, the carpet, attention to details, the bar, valet parking.

We came to the hotel right after our wedding. My car was heavily decorated so driving it was tricky as the decorations obstructed the view. So I had to park the car myself. I asked my wife to go inside and check in ( I had already paid for everything on booking.com ) while I parked the car. After I'd parked my car and came back, the employee had told me that he TOLD MY wife to pay for the suite. I informed him that he'd made a mistake and it was all paid for. He checked on the computer and realized his mistake but it was too late, he had already told my wife what the suite cost was. Which is completely unacceptable as it was a surprise to my wife. The hotel staff need more training. This was completely unacceptable and it was honestly quite embarrassing.

The honeymoon suite was beautiful and the decoration package was well worth it. It included decorating the room with flowers, petals, including a red grape sparkling drink, a heart shaped cheesecake and other sweets.

The customer service is top-tier, my whole experience was great and it’s all because of how welcoming and accommodating the staff was. From Abdulkarem in the reception who apologized for making me wait a couple of minutes before checking in even though I came 2 hours earlier so I got checked in early and they said sorry!! To Ahmad the coffee man at the lobby who served the best Arabic coffee & dates, he made sure that every single human who passed by or sat at the lobby enjoyed a cup of coffee. Even the staff at the breakfast buffet were welcoming & helpful. My interaction with housekeeping & the laundry service was also great. Also the quality of services & products provided was top tier. What this hotel lacks in location makes up in service. Thank you narcissus staff.

I have travelled to many countries and stayed in their 5 star hotels, but this one in particular exceeded my expectations, the facilities in the room were beyond amazing and all staff were exceptional. Will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip.

Breakfast was average at this star yet what I enjoyed most was the service and the suite. The room was fantastic and high-tech, sea-view was of the port so there’s that. Staff was very hospitable, namely Khalid and Rayan.
