Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesIt's actually far from haram and quite far from kaaba. Not easy to navigate. Especially in ramadan last 10 days when the crowd was too much. But alhamdulilah managed. Hotel is not in haram vicinity as well.
Hotel was clean and staff was good and alloeed early check in. Mr Abdulla at front desk was very helpful. Also room service was good and they always asked if needed anything. Room was spacious for 3 beds and could pray also. It was also affordable considering we booked in last 10 days of ramadan.
