We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff are GREAT starting with Ahmed Almehaimeed at the reception who was more than surprised me with his high level of professionalism and care. He works with passion and dedication. His other colleagues were good as well. Staff at the restaurant and room service were excellent espt Sohail. The hotel as a whole is well known by taxi drivers and easy to reach.
