    The location , cleanliness and comfort was the best comparable to the others ( others being apartments ) but we paid 500

    No vallet ( although the sign was there ) The breakfast buffet was below the standard of any hotel. Was cold and limited options . Frankly , this was the biggest oversight at the hotel. Also I was called by the hotel reservations 3x before Checking in to confirm I’m coming . When I got there 2hours after check in , the rooms were no ready and waited 1/2 h to clean it

    Clean , great location ( 7minutes from the highway ) free parking . Clean rooms nice staff. Especially the front desk , they gave us 2coupons for free Starbucks coffee

    1. The food was horrible (both in-room dining and restaurant breakfast) 2. The reception promised at check-in to give the VAT invoice but failed to do so at check-out.

    The size of the room and cleanliness was good. Check-in went smoothly.

    Renewal works were not done properly and pourly finished despite the high cost materials.

    Reception was fair. Room bath room was missing face towels hangers bathrobe hanger. Washbasin mixers were loose. WC hand shower had very weak water pressure. Restaurant staff were loud when speaking to each other or answering a call also during tables preparation and cleaning. Restaurant orders take more than 30 minutes to be delivered.

    Reception staff were welcoming.

    Bath water was rusty brown. The spa facility wasnt manned no one at the spa couldnt book a massage or ask about anything. The hotel restaurant was empty and didnt look like a five star hotel restaurant.

    The bed was comfortable and room size was decent. They even give you a free coffee coupon when you check in

    Check in process is too slow. Other hotels rely on Shomoos program to get resident info rather than filling them via id's at arrival. Room 712 has a huge gap in the door leaking the sounds from the corridor.

    Sounds from the corridor were heard clearly. Check out process was too long for a single room with nothing taken apart from a bottle of water.

    Part of the stay is the breakfast and it was impossible to eat there. In fact the food can not be serve to even animals. The quality was very bad, to the point I do not be believe it is suitable for human consumption.

    Air conditioning was good, bed was ok, bathroom was good.

    Despite clear booking, we spent more than 30 min arranging rooms. We got one smoking room although we booked non-smoking. Then we got another non-smoking which smelled anyway. None spoke English in the reception. The same situation was next day. At check out we spent additional time clarifying final invoice. None parked our cars (really *****???). We had to ask for help with luggage. We had to go back to reception because on the room no password mentioned. Couldn‘t increase temperature on A/C. I had to completelly turn off. As apology we got letter with 50 % discount on breakfast. At checkout they invoiced full price anyway.

    Smell of smoke in the room although our room is non-smoking room. Quality of some of the food was not that good. The swimming pool was freezing and I couldn’t swim with my children! Did not like the receptionist’s way of talking when he called at the check out time asking either to extend our stay or check out! There was no appreciation for my very late check in time, we checked in just after midnight and by the check out time they were pushing me to leave the room!!

    Dining room was cold. Plates needed to be heated as the second food hit cold plate it was also cold. Needed coat to be comfortable. I left as soon as possible. Could not use bath as valve broken so only shower could be used. Also, water only warm, not hot. On check in, staff said breakfast and dinner not included even though I had booked and paid for them. They were included. Staff error.

    bathroom was smelled (bad smell). curtains was not preventing the sun light despite it was closed. Also, air conditioning was not working properly.

    There was no heat in the winter (they provided small heaters that did not work well) and the room was at 14c. The ventilation system was also very loud.

    The rooms were new, big and well designed.

    they have to be more careful for cleaning especially for the toilet, I found dirt on the walls beside the chair and it was so disgusting . i can hear the sounds of the ppl in the room beside me

    ROOM 911 Royal suite Water heater not working I call they paring tools and change electric wall plug this should be checked before Room key card three time disable I go down please re program it what is issue I don’t know very poor service i call reception more than have hour no reply I call the manager watch's on phone no reply my issue I ask to change the AC to heating and the technician side no heating for all hotel? only cold but in the switch AC control instruction heat, cold, Fan after argument they bring portable heater may another issue I call restaurant to ask for breakfast and the restaurant person he told me come down and get your breakfast? I told him this is what I won’t I need my breakfast in my room I’m going to pay and after argument he side you need 25 mints so I cancel my request due to way they treat the customer really, I don’t know if this is hotel 5 star, I’m not satisfy at all
