My husband and I stayed at this pretty hotel. It’s a nice hotel, breakfast was included, not that tasty but plenty to choose from. Location was very close to the mosque. I found the hotel was full of Turkish people, they also had a Turkish office/desk at the reception area. A guy at the reception who checked us in seemed like he didn’t wanted to be there and just kept on using his phone (texting or just looking at his phone). He gave us a good room, a suite but he just didn’t know how to communicate. We paid with our card. When we checked out after 4 days the same guy was at the reception, again he just didn’t want to be there and again using his phone. He kept asking if we paid, I said yes we paid by card, please check your system. I would use the hotel again as had no issues except for some people had no manners, when we were coming out of the lift, they wouldn’t give us way and will barge in, apart from that hotel was good

Approx US$200 per night for such hotels is not worth it.

Location is very good especially if you have females with you. Room & toilet size was reasonable. Cleaning staff very cooperative and was available any time you ask for cleaning. Drinking Water, Toilet accessories available in sufficient qty.

Breakfas served was less than that prior to the holidays. Table were not set properly without bottled water and utensils are not even complete.

Breakfast was good before the Ramadan Eid Holidays. But after that our last two days breakfast was not as expected compared to the days prior to the holidays.

Very dirty bathroom with mold in the shower. I had my daughters shower in another hotel when our relatives were staying.

It's good hotel with helpful staff, I wish they pay attention to replace items those are aged. Luke room carpet, strainers in bathroom and cleaning base board's.

Breakfast menu was quite ordinary and need improvement. Simple basic breakfast all days no change or additional item in the menu

Overall the property is quite good with all facilities and spacious rooms. Tidiness was spot on Staff was good Location is perfect (near gate 26) I stayed in a quad room. Best part was seeing my kids enjoy and having enough playing space in the room was a sigh of relief.

The bathroom could have been kept in better shape. Had to ask the cleaner to clean bathroom properly.

Good location, directly opposite Taiba shopping centre and next to World Food market. Lots of shops around and in the centre of all the action. Good value for money and I would happily stay again.
