Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaLift was a bit congested at times but this is the case with all the hotels around the Haram. This can be avoided if you prepare to leave a bit earlier for the salah.
Excellent location. Right behind Hilton Madinah. Just 2-3 minutes walk to the masjid. Room was neat and clean with good maintenance. Lots of shops and eateries around.

MalaysiaCar park fee very expensive for hotel guests (SAR100/day). I would like to suggest should the hotel want to charge parking fee for the guest, it should be very minimum. For comparison, the parking fee at the Masjid An Nabawi is about SAR50/day.

The hotel's location is excellent. Just steps from the Haram. Comfortable room, friendly staff, especially Mohamed Noor Jamil who was always making sure we didn't lack anything. The room has all the necessary amenities and more! The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. All the fruits are canned and the juices are artificial.
