Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

South AfricaBreakfast package wasn't transparent, but was later resolved. Breakfast times are different on weekends which wasn't communicated due to which we missed Breakfast 1 morning.
True definition of prestige. Walk in like royalty, walk out feeling elite. Friendly staff, high-end luxurious amenities, which make you want to stay in bed or the shower. We received a generous beyond expectation upgrade to an opulent suite. The fine detail of this hotel can only be appreciated by an eye that is blessed with capturing elegance. Walk in to a drop of the liquid gold oud on your skin that lingers for hours making you feel true arab aura captured in its scents that brim with affluence. Breakfast was good.

Saudi ArabiaI experienced an issue with my AC, and it took Maintenance quite some time to resolve the problem. I would have appreciated if this issue had been addressed earlier. Additionally, I feel that the hotel could benefit from an upgrade in terms of style and furniture as it appears somewhat outdated. Furthermore, I believe that the toiletries provided could be improved and made more aromatic, and I suggest considering products from Le Labo. It would be desirable to have additional amenities such as a pool, shisha bar, and cigar cafe, similar to the offerings at the Ritz Carlton in Riyadh. These enhancements would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.
The staff members were exceptionally professional, polite, and incredibly friendly. Their level of service was truly amazing. Moreover, the ambiance and lighting within the hotel contributed to a peaceful atmosphere, creating a sense of tranquility. Furthermore, the rooms were not only spacious but also clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.
