They should have shuttle service for tha Muajid ul Haram .

The cleaning staff were all hardworking and always busy - but had some language barriers. but we all got there nicely at the End. .. 👍👍

it was really clean. The transport was convenient. though the choice of route was not always in the drivers hand. The drivers were both very cooperative and accomodating. The reception staff though with minor language barriers were always very accommodating & helpful.

Room service and cleaning just after asking to clean it !! So for 4 nights, my room was just one time clean. The property itself not bad but a lot of things in bathroom and things should be fixed!

Our flight was too late, they let us to make checkout very late for free ! It was helpful. Thx a lot .

The shuttle bus timetables specially when coming back from the Masjid was not fit for purpose. In fact they don’t even send the bus to take you back to the hote and even when you find the bus @4am they will say they will wait till 06:30am. They also do not provide the services on Fridays and busy times e.g 27th night of Ramadan. They do not communicate in advance too. They claim the road are busy but every other hotel shuttle bus is making the trip on time and as per the advice given. Makarem Mina hotel needs lots of improvements-they should also be careful to market the hotel with the shuttle buses that are hardly there when coming back to the hotel.

Very far from the haram. It was impossible to get the shuttle back to hotel. Because finding hotel’s bus in midst of 50 more busses was not an easy job. So most of the time we had to get expensive taxi back to hotel. Broken tile in room.

Overall the facilities were good, room and toilet were spacious. During Ramadan shuttle service was available after every one hour. Staff were responsive and welcoming.

Only downside was their kitchen does not run for suhoor and they get two rice options from outside for Suhoor.

Very comfortable uncrowded feel to the hotel. Rooms were really big and well furnished. Located very close to loads of shops and food outlets. Staff were all very welcoming. The guy with the essence at the door was amazing.

I didn't like 2 of the bus service drivers to al haram,,, the bus is self very good not crowded even in Ramadan , driver's let us wait for him for 5 hours ,, as he decided to enter from another entrance that we didnt know it exist,, 150/200 meters away from the main place where he should be,, between another 200 buses in the area,, he drop people and run back,,,other days we don't know which side he will take so we wait in the middle then run after the bus with my mom wheelchair and my son,, if we catch him good if he closed the door he keep on going I liked the hotel a lot and the location but the bus experience would make me rethink other then this was all good and the hotel workers also very kind and respectful

I liked the location,, was very good aera with lots of shops around ,, all u could need in a walking distance,,, people are nice and respectful,, smell nice during ramadan the coffee and dates was in the lobby of the hotel,,

we stayed there for two days the first day there was no hot water at wash room. After a day only it was resolved otherwise everything fine. Also the bus from hotel to haram dropped in the road itself before the bus station and while return we don’t know where the bus parked at Bus station. Finally after searching bus for 20 minutes we came to hotel through taxi.

Rooms are neat and clean. Beds good enough to take a good sleep.

Check in took over 40 minutes. The hallway carpets are covered with coffee stains and spillages. The shuttle bus service is not that frequent. Asked for the room to be cleaned during my stay but no one came to clean it.

The room and bathroom was spacious and had marble floors. Plenty of elevators. Free parking around the hotel.
