We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was very close to Masjid Nabwi, 3-4 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was not fabulous but it was really good in my honest opinion.

Everything from first talking at reception to services staff had a great attitude and were extremely receptive to our needs.The staff on our floor jahangir and biljop Were brilliant and kept our room clean. The breakfast staff was very receptive and breakfast manager made sure to keep all buffet items filled and kept the area clean the live kitchen chefs were brilliant. The rooms were clean with new furniture. the WiFi on the third floor was excellent. I stayed in madinah and Makkah for 6 weeks staying in Various hotels and the stay in this hotel was the best by far. I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone and it's location to masjid nabvi is good, ladies section is a longer walk than mens. To do shopping, Bilal masjid is five minutes walk away as well which was convenient to do shopping for souvenirs and gifts at good rates. Thank you to all staff at this hotel for a memorable stay.
