I loved the decor and hotel, I like the shutttel bus and the hotel were helpful in guiding us for times that would suit us so we could get it. All in all a lovely place

Bus shuttle service was an issue. Possibly due to the load of ramadan. But still should be managed efficiently as we had to take taxi to haram and pay for it since we had waited for 1 hour twice at the hotel.

The location from the Masjid Al Haram was difficult for us as I had elderly mum and little children with me. the Shuttle service was there but still it wasn't always viable for us to get to the Haram with ease. But quieter times of the year would be fine I guess. Noting really negative to say about this hotel.

The staff at all levels i.e. from the management, reception, restaurant, cleaning and the bellboys were all nice, welcoming and striving to help us at all times. The building together with the rooms are nice and clean. Mr. Shahed at the 27th floor really made our stay a joy; he was really there for us...looked after us.

The very first day a little bit of money went missing from my hotel room which I should’ve secured and left in the safe. But other than that everything was exceptional.

The staff were very accommodating and would go out their way to make everything smooth for you.

We don't like her lady who is in sahoor time she is Arabic but very rude the other lady is so welcoming but the aged lady is so weird

Location far from haram and it can take 45-60min with Voco buses to Haram during busy hours. If you want to pray every salat in Ramadan, then Voco hotel is not a good option. You can walk to Haram (20min) however the Ibrahim Al Khalil street is closed hours before important prayers. There was noise from our neighbouring rooms. The walls are not soundproof from noise. Paying breakfast/dinner was very expensive when paying at the property. Costs us around 37€ per person per day.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast (suhoor) and dinner (Iftar) were very good although same menu every day.

We need to walk quite far to masjidil haram from the bus terminal.

It was overall a very positive experience. The rooms are beautiful and hygienic, shahidul Islam did a good job cleaning our room 42115. The shuttleservice and breakfast were also very pleasant.

Location. Shuttle service severely affected by government regulations on the most important days in Ramadan. Can’t walk to haram.

The room was not that spacious

There was a mall. A great variety of dishes in the Breakfast menu. Walkable to haram in just 10 - 20 minutes.. A value of price.

After turning off the air conditioner, we could not turn off the ventilation. I think it's automatic. Bath towels cannot dry completely. Still, it is very good in terms of price and performance.

Haram is 15-20 minutes walking distance. It is not tiring because it is a straight road. There is also a free shuttle service. breakfast is nice. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We came for Ramadan holiday and we were satisfied. thanks for everything
