Bus did not follow the listed schedule, front desk staff did not give us the bus schedule, had to find it on our own. And when we did use the bus, it was overcrowded and difficult to find (no one ever gave us the card that other buses gave out to find it's parking spot).

Good hotel, bus to the Haram.

Very far from the Haram. Shuttles had no set timetable. Drop off point was "Gazah Station" which was about 25 minutes walk to the Haram. Average wait time was 1.5 hours to return to the hotel by shuttle. Once, we waited almost 2 hours for the shuttle, then took a taxi, cost was SAR 50. Also, the buffet needs improvement.

English speaking staff would be helpful as KSA is encouraging tourism.

Available parking space. Cleanliness, prompt staff service. Hourly shuttle service on time from hotel as well as Masjid Ul Haram. Reception staff is very friendly. They let me extend my checkout by an hour.

One day we tried Suhur but found most of dishes for Iftar were again present , together with eggs, and omelette made by a chef although there was a big queue for this. There was a lack of pastries and cereals. There was a shuttle bus to Al Harram but I would not say it was frequent. For Eisha Tarawih we would get stuck in bus queue and had to walk part of the way. On the way back sometimes the bus was not present or was present and it had a long wait to collect other passengers. So we decided to take taxis more often. The price varied from 40sr to 100sr in very peak times one way. Their was adequate cleaning of the room but sometimes we had to prompt the cleaner or reception to clean the room or change towels, bed sheets.

We went in last 10 days of Ramazan so had iftar at the hotel restaurant. It was reasonably priced at 85Sr per person. Although most of dishes were for Arabic tastes. There was a laundry service at the hotel with a fast turn around although the price seemed slightly high for the service. There was a large lobby area and a tea/coffee/cake shop present. The hotel price was quiet reasonable for excellent facilities but only draw back was it was far from Al Haram.

Location far a bit from Haram and other services. Few buses. You need a taxi everytime you miss the bus. Number of buses and their time need to be increased.

Hotel is massive and well built. It gives the vibes of a 5 star hotel from the reception areas and general ambiance. Staff were very helpful and supportive especially at reception they really helped us with checking out late.

Staff was untrained and unprofessional. I was traveling with kids and booked two rooms, they couldn't let me check in for one hours and kept me standing at front desk. It was horrible experience since they couldn't make two rooms available on same floor.

Staffs are racist 100%. The guy at coffee shop & the receptionists will never smile and talk. Even i tried to greet they were like so disrespectful not even smile. Hotel management should taught them that except locals foreigners also book the rooms to stay. But the staffs like guards and others were so nice.

when taking a shower, water goes under the door to outside the shower, that disturbing. it should be something on the floor blocking the shower water. many times, trying the call the recipient, no answers.

I booked room for two persons, they gave me different room and the reception person promised me that i can extend the booking for further two nights and they will change my roam, i slept and called the receptionist for the extension but unfortunately she said that i cant extend my stay , that mean each receptionist has his own information.

The hotel had a good shuttle service to the Haram; but the return spot/pickup was not clear. We spent almost an hour trying to find the bus on our way back from the Haram but could not find the bus and ended up taking a cab.

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and polite. Shuttle service to Haram was almost always available. In-house dining was very good and prompt as well.
