A little detached from shops although was only ten minutes walk to the local village with some shops and bars.

Very lush natural surroundings with lots of wild life. Close to beach with a nice pool and reasonably priced selection of food. It was nice to join the directors reception.

The location of the resort and its lush surroundings, as well as the food and hospitality of the staff. The gardens are very well kept and the beach is located on a beautiful stretch of the Cote D’Or.

the rooms were a bit outdated, especially the bathrooms. they could certainly benefit from an upgrade. the beach loungers could also benefit from an upgrade or cushions.

The beach at this property was exceptional. Crystal clear water, white sand, just beautiful. The beach amenities were okay (standard loungers without cushions). The food was fantastic. Compliments to the chef. The service in particular was FANTASTIC. Each employee in the breakfast and dinner area (le boucanniers) went out of their way to ensure guests were happy. we really enjoyed the service

The first room we got was much smaller than it looked in the booking and smelled moldy. After letting them know we where upgraded to a bigger room without any discussion. No drinks were inkluded in the dinner (not even tap water) and where ridiculously overpriced. This felt like a ripoff.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Literally everyone who worked there was a true sunshine. The beach is absolutely stunning and the resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Breakfast and dinner was very good, even though always buffet style.

We had a Beach View Room. The room was super spacious, nicely decorated, clean. The view amazing and we loved the outdoor shower :-) The beds are very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The buffet in the evening was delicious. We also enjoyed à la carte, which was very nice too. I appreciated that the hotel offered some gluten free bread. The breakfast was good, but could do better on the cold cuts (cheese and meat). On the poolside we had a club sandwich one day that we found too expensive and not at the same level as the food at the restaurant. The juices though were delicious! The beach is amazing!

The location is a bit tricky - unless you have a car. Otherwise taxis everywhere since the bus is not that comfortable or reliable (schedule wise). Nevertheless, Cote d'Or is still the location I would choose to stay again.

The resort is beautiful, surrounded by trees and nature, and very cozy. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, with a balcony and comfortable beds. The beach is very nice (part of Cote d'Or) and the pool is also perfect. The food is excellent - we ate breakfast and dinner (buffet) there almost all the times. The food is good and varied, and it is also cost-effective in relation to other places in Seychelles. There was even a Management Cocktail evening with a local show. Very cool.

Two water bottles a day would have been perfect. The hotel only provided one bottle per day complimentary which isn't enough for a couple if you think about it.

The buffet spread was great. The food in all was delicious. The location of the room was excellent with beach access from the balcony. The room and bathroom were spacious.
