We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful luxury hotel with perfect location. The personel is super Nice, always helpful and up for a chat. The food, both the breakfast and the dinner buffet, was actually very very good. We ended up with eating 4/4 Dinners at the hotel. The beach next to the hotel is very beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful resort on the Cote D’or beach. We had a fantastic stay here. The breakfast is fabulous with fresh and tasty fruits.

LithuaniaPool bar food was disappointment, pool staff didn’t made anything to do in the situation. Only 1 bottle of water is given in the room, which is not enough for 2 people in a day.
Cleaning ladies were completely awesome! Staff is friendly, always here to help if any assistance is needed. Anja provided a lot of information about Praslin, gave maps and recommendations. Room was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Acajou.

The restaurant is excellent, we had the set menu but I am sure buffet is also great, judging by quality of the meal we had. The staff is very nice and helpful, great access to a very lovely beach.

Lovely place to stay surrounded by amazing scenery and beach. The staff were very helpful. It was nice to have a walk along the beach and discover the neighborhood on both sides. Room had nice balcony.

Czech Republicsea was dirty and muddy and the beach is full of seaweed and almost unusable. Don't plan your stay based on google maps satellite photos :) Room was close to road and you can hear the cars passing by when you are sitting on the balcony

BulgariaThe hotel was very expensive and as we stayed at Mahe and La Digue I did not like it much. No restaurant with sea view. We did not receive the room I book with direct sea view but side and away, and there were not many people staying at the hotel at that time. There were a lot of bugs everywhere and on the beach. We were bitten a lot and during the night something kept scratching like bed bugs so when we go home I was very afraid not to bring something and wash for days. I did not like the beach also - it is shallow but a lit muddy and water was greenish. The breakfast bag is ridiculous given the amount of food hotel offers.
The most good part was the restaurant and the chef. Food was amazing, especially desserts. There were umbrellas and chairs at the beach. 5-10 mins to ferry by taxi 300 SCR, the hotel can arrange it. We used local guy for day trip around the island and it was very good. The ladies at reception and the waiters were nice, you can pay in SCRs, $ or euro.
