The property exceeded our expectations, it is a great value for money! Everything is exactly like in the pictures. Extremely clean and comfortable, easy to reach and located just 10 min walk from beautiful Beau Vallon beach. There are also beach towels you can take each day and exchange for new ones the next day. What was even better, were the hosts! Matthias and Daphne are lovely, very nice and helpful if you need any kind of information or advice what to visit. Given the fact that properties in the Seychelles are quite expensive, this is indeed a hidden gem.

The noise from the street can be heard in the room. One day the reception opened late and we had to go to the beach without the beach towels :-) Sleepy atmosphere in Beau Vallon, but this has nothing to do with the host.

Very clean and spacious apartment, near the main Beau Vallon road. We found in the room a welcome package with water, juice, etc. . Friendly and helpful owner, ready to provide advice and solve all the extra needs of the tourists. Relaxed, no-stress atmosphere.

Very clean and spacious. Nice balcony, nice owners and very helpful. Location is 10 min from the beach, you can ask them anything to help you. Nice AC. I would come back here if i come back to the Seychelles!

The apartments are modern, quiet and spotlessly clean. Great facilities including AC, Wifi, cooking equipment and high quality bedding. The beach is and supermarket is really close by. Most importantly, as a solo female traveler I felt very safe. It was like a home away from home and Matthias the host was so friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you Matthias for everything. I can’t wait to come back.

the equipment, coziness, size and location of the apartment was great but the joyfulness, openness and generosity of the owners (familie of three: daphne, lambee and matthias) was so overwhelming… we never expected strangers to become friends so quickly. we also were at one other location on mahe and on la digue but never not had that kind of service - it was worth gold!!!!!!! <3 daphne, lambee, matthias thank you for not making our vacay great but UNIQUE!!!!

The apartment is run by a very friendly family that will take care of everything you need. It's clean, spacious, 5 minutes walk to the Beau Vallon Beach. Well worth the price. We wish to come back again one day. :)

Amazing Hosts and impeccable Service. Thank you Mathias for everything. I spent 5 days in a single bedroom apartment. Very clean and spacious, beautiful surroundings and convenient location, Quiet and lively. 2 min walk to the nearest Supermarkets (2), 10 min walk to the Beau Vallon strip and 5 min walk to Trader Vics. I will defo book again whenever I am back!

The property is located in the perfect setting, clean, new, and managed with the friendliest family you will meet in Seychelles. It is less than 15 minutes from the city centre and few hundred metres from the beaches.

Everything is top notch.

Awesome place, kindly recommend! It is a very big and highly designed room (with a balcony), the best choice of price/quality value. Very friendly and helpful hosts, if you need anything, and just say so and they will help you. 10 mins to the beach by foot, many shops and 1 restaurant are just around the corner. We used to stay some years before in some neighboring apartments, and if compare price/quality/distance to the beach - this is the best one.

Matthias und Daphne are really god hosts. Everything was perfect. Apartment is big, new,you have everything that you need. Garden and Parking is also awesome. it was so good, that we’ll be back soon. 😁 Only all the best for these nice people and their apartments.

Loved everything.

The hosts were excellent, helping us with anything we needed. The room was very clean, smart and well designed. The bed was comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Plenty of parking outside and a short walk to the beach at Beau Vallon. A good choice of food shops within easy walking distance.

We had a very nice stay in the middle of Beau Vallon. The Location is close to a bus stop and not on a hill. The hosts were very friendly and helpful! The rooms are a bit pricy and there is no breakfast included. But it's veeery clean and modern/new. There was no dish soap.

Salt and pepper in the apartment would be a nice benefit, but one can buy everything nerby. Coffee lovers: be careful. It is not easy (or even possible at all) to purchase ground coffee in supermarkets in Beau Vallon!

B-Holiday Apartments look much better in reality than on pictures. The location is perfect, in the rural neighbourhood on one side, not far from the beach on the other side, a few meters from the bus stop, a few minutes walk from supermarkets. Our apartment was spacious, clean, perfectly furnished, containing everything we needed during our stay. The owners are sooo friendly and welcoming that even after the whole day outside it was a pleasure to have a short chat as the perfect beginning of an evening. Ideal place for those who want to explore the islands, stay a bit away far the crowd and admire beautiful wievs of Mahe.
