Very cozy apartment, top position in between the airport and the most beautiful beaches of Mahé. A very nice restaurant is available within 5 min walking. Owners are very kind and available to accomodate our requests.

Finding the location of the B&B was a bit of a challenge. I recommend better signage. The B&B was down a dirt road. It was hard to differentiate the difference between what was the B&B verses local living quarters. I felt that the price of this B&B was a bit too expensive for the value. We picked it, due to it's close location to the airport.

The owner was very nice, helpful and friendly. She made it worth coming back. Her father took us to the airport in the morning at a very early hour. The price for the shuttle was very reasonable. The room was very clean and classy. It gave us everything we needed.

The hosts -Colin and Tracey- are amazing. If you are wondering whether to book this property or not then wonder no more. Book it, you will not be disappointed. The apartment had everything needed and was extremely clean. We were left water, coffee, eggs, juice, tea, and the basic essentials for cooking. Its location is great for exploring the island, especially the southern portion but is close enough to the airport and Victoria that it’s not a problem to get anywhere.It was also right next door to the Takamaka Distillery and if staying on a Friday night the distillery has a happy hour, or on normal days, tours and tastings. A small beach is also just across the road. If we return to Seychelles then this is likely to be top of our list when looking for accommodation.

The apt is very clean and super nice designed. The kitchen has everything you would ever need! The location is good: 15 min away from the airport, right next to the rum factory. Across the main street is the beach and 5 min away 2 shops and a restaurant. Wi fi works very good. Our host was super nice and helpful and they also do airport or ferry transfers for a fee. Will defenetly book again if we have the chance. Thank you!

Everything was great.

After our round trip (Mahé-Praslin-La Digue-Mahé) I can say that this accommodation is by far the best. I would love to come back on my next trip to the Seychelles. Great design, beautiful furniture and very good facilities make it damn hard to leave the house, even if paradise is waiting outside the door. The hosts are very caring and have a more than satisfactory solution for every problem. The cleaning team is also very friendly and at least as funny as the hosts. A clear 10/10 🙌

The staff was kind and welcoming. The property is well located, very close to Anse Royale. It was good that we had a private car park inside the property.

It was a fantastic place. Tracey&Collin are so nice and did everything to help us. The apartment is big, nice, modern, clean and has everything you need and even more. You can cook without a problem, grocery stores are really close and Takamaka Rum Distillery is right next to the property so you can walk. Also the airport is 10 minutes away with the car. It really is all you need and more. And when we arrived Tracey&Collin left couple of thing in the fridge (juice, milk, eggs, water) and also coffe pods, tea, some spices and olive oil. Also on the first day we had an early check in without the problem, the last day our flight was in the afternoon so Tracey arranged we could use the other empty apartment for shower and all we need. If you come to Mahe you really need to stay here, because its 10/10. Will be back the next time.

It is amazing place to spent a holiday. Tracy and Colin are friendly and helpful hosts and they are always ready to help with everything you need. They even prepared basic needs after arrival like cold beer in the fridge etc :) We were really happy to stay there and we are even thinking to come back

The owners are very helpful and friendly. Gave us a lot of information about the island. The apartment is well equipped and was cleaned almost every day and they even did the laundry too. Nice view of the mountains and even a little bit of the ocean. Restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches nearby.

Very nice and helpful host. Early check-in possible. Spacious, stylish furnished, well equipped, large appartment. Perfect for people who like to eat/cook regularly at home. Good restaurants and take aways close by. In walking distance to Takamaka rum distillery. Close to several nice beaches.

Super clean and comfortable. Colin and Tracey are really nice and friendly. They sorted out the car rental for us, directly at the port, saving us time and money. Lot of space in the apartment, the kitchen is huge with lots of new appliances. Will surely come back and recommend it. Great value for money.

It feels a sin to find any fault but if i may just a few little points to consider before choosing this wonderful amazing place. - Do expect to have cold showers during the rainy season if you are in the ground floor appartment. I believe the issue was with the solar energy panel not being set up efficiently enough to reach the ground apartment.Tracy did offer to switch us to the upper apartment when i asked about the lack of hot water but i declined as i was already set up nicely and i did not want the hassle. I should have accepted though as i love my warm showers. The point is Tracy wanted to fix the problem. - The 2nd little point is the curtains are a bit sheer in the lounge area and also no blind in the kitchen. If you are one to roam around in the nude,haha, you may feel a bit exposed as staff go around the place in the morning to do their duties. Really tiny points that literally did not matter that much to me but i wanted to give a very true and honest opinion so that others could decide. I am certain Tracey and Colin will improve on these tiny points as they take so much pride in the place. I wish them the best with the continuing growth of Chez Coco.

I was super impressed with the welcoming. Tracy was very friendly and professional. I could see she wanted to give a five star welcoming and both herself and her partner Colin do take much pride in how the property is presented. Everything was impeccably spotless!! Unfortunately we did not manage to say good bye upon check out but the maid was very kind. I tried my uttermost best to keep the place as clean as it was when i arrived. I absolutely adored the decor and the fully equipped kitchen impressed me the most. The coffee machine and free Lavazza coffee pods made me so happy throughout my stay. The basic groceries kept for us was also a huge plus. I just cannot say enough good things about this place. I would say it was the best little getaway spot so far that i have been to and i would DEFINITELY visit again.

There is nothing to not like. Only drawback is there is only one Bathroom and Toilet although there are 2 bedrooms. Only tip, in the morning time, there is huge traffic towards Victoria between 6 30 am to 8 am. And in the evening between 4 pm to 6 pm on the downside. So if u are driving down, keep in mind

Exceptionally clean. Fantastic service, housekeeping is fantastic. Exceptionally clean. Renet the hpusrkeeper is Exceptional. Keeps everything impecceble. The house is itself very beautiful. I felt like I m at home. The beach is barely 100 feet away. The owner gives several helpful tips. Grocery store is barely 50 mtrs away. One of the best beaches, Anse Royale is within walking distance.

Tracey and Colin are wonderful hosts , and very quick to resolve any issues , The home is right next to Takamaka rum distillery set in beautiful grounds well worth a visit and a few cocktails, there is a lovely sand beach across the road waters are calm and shallow so ideal for children bring your snorkel as there are plenty of fish and I spotted some rays too, A few minutes walk and you have a mini supermarket for all your needs , I recommend Maison Marengo for dinner out and Perry's Grillz for a eat in delivery , Make sure you have What's App for communication and upload Maps.Me for internet free sat navigation
