The parking was tight but there is parking a block or two away, if ours was full.

The location could not have been better. It is right in the water and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The accommodation itself was clean, beachy minimalist which I loved. Catherine could not have been friendlier and more helpful with tips and good ideas of where to go.

we have had the most amazing stay here. It is like your very own Beach House on the sand. it is located on the nicest part of Beau Vallon Beach. absolutely loved, looking out of the wide open space at the sea. Catherine was the perfect host. She was so helpful and gave us lots of advice of places we could go. We took a taxi to Bel Ombré and then the nature Trail over to Anse Major and then got the water taxi back, which dropped us right outside of the accommodation. also did the boat trip over to Sainte Anne marine park. lots of places to eat within a short stroll from the accommodation, and we also did takeout pizza from next door and sat and watched the sunset on the Sun chairs. if you have the opportunity to stay here, then jump at it. You will not be disappointed. It is true paradise.

If your thinking of staying in Beau Vallon this is the place to be. Catherine & Marquise are exceptional hosts on hand to book anything you want to do and where to visit, shops & restaurants are a few steps away. The beach is beautiful , The property is even better than the photos and the view was fabulous. Our room was cleaned to an excellent level everyday by dedicated staff who bought us fresh fruit every morning. It was wonderful stay for my wife's surprise birthday present. If you wish to hire a car we would recommend Africar across the road, good value , honest people.

Fabulous location on the beach, delightful host who was so kind and welcoming. Efficient air conditioning in bedrooms. Very good self-catering facilities if required, but also close to several restaurants.

When you open the door of the living room it was only 2 steps to enter the beach and 20 steps to get into the ocean. The room service is excellent with an eye for details by bringing each morning fresh fruits en fresh drinks. I was there for work, so Internet was essential and didn't let me down for one bit. The owner Catherine carries a high level of hospitality and was very supportive with accomodating me regarding my late departure. Definitely a must see, but book way in advance, because this little pearl at the beach is in high demand. I will be back for sure. Thanks for an excellent stay which made work much more enjoyable at such a beautiful location.

Only one shower downstairs, little inconvenient if you want to shower before bed. Small carpark for 3 cars shared with the pizzeria next door, can get full if you return late.

Perfect location on the most beautiful beach in Seychelles. Very charming, romantic hotel. Hosts and staff made us feel very welcome. Massive apartment with beautiful view from balcony and terrace. The convenience of being only few steps away from the ocean was incredible. Great location for watching the sunset.

The location of this accommodation is truly the most amazing experience, waking up and going to sleep to the sound of waves was our favourite. We got take away from the pizzeria just beside the apartment, had a bottle of wine and watched the most incredible sunset from the comfort of the dining room. We stayed at 4 different, beautiful accommodations throughout our stay on Mahe, Praslin & La Digue and this stay was by far our favourite.

Unparalleled beachfront location. All amenities close by including supermarket, money changer and dining options. Local fishermen next door who will cook the catch of the day for a reasonable price. Pizza place on the opposite side also recommended. Well equipped villa and position affords exceptional views at all times of the day. Simply the best value place to stay on the beach at Beau Vallon. Friendly and helpful manager. Book it now if it’s available.

unfortunately the place is now sorrounded by a restaurant that play music till late during the high season (maybe during week end only) and you hear that into your room. If not wrong, after midnight they stop and so you can sleep properly. Again, we had people that came to the beach the same night and drinking in front of the property till late and you can clearly hear them talking. The 2nd night we experienced the best sleep ever because it was raining and so no people at the beach or live music ;).

The location is amazing since you can wake up, looking the sea from your balcony and just walking into the beach from your living room and a have a bath before the breakfast is cooked in your room directly and served in the Veranda with sea view!!!! This is a full experience. we also purchased fresh fish from the fisherman that arrived in the morning and bring it to our room already cooked (bbq): from sea to plate!

Clef des Iles has to be the best accom in Beau Vallon, if not the whole of Mahe. it is the pure definition of beachfront stepping out the front door onto the sand with beautiful sunsets. Pizza from right next door (amazing) and a bottle of wine makes for a perfect afternoon on the balcony.

it’s not the fault of Clef des Iles but sometimes it’s really hard to find a parking lot at the property.

Perfect beach view with palm in the morning, during the day, sunset and even at night. Do not hesitate to ask for the optional breakfast, because it’s really worth it!

There wasn't anything we didn't like. If you are after 5 star accommodation or are troubled by the sea being so close to the accommodation then this probably isn't for you.

The location is just perfect with the Indian Ocean on your doorstep. The staff are friendly and helpful and the bedrooms are air conditioned which is great for getting a good nights sleep. There are plenty of places to eat and drink and shops within walking distance.

We spent the first two days of our holiday in Ile des Clefs and this paradise is perfect for arriving on holiday after a long flight. The direct beach access was amazing and the bungalow anyway. It was beautifully decorated and well worth the price. The breakfast is really recommendable - especially the pancakes and the bacon. We also had our best coffee in the Seychelles here. We were welcomed very lovingly and they took care of all our concerns immediately. We definitely recommend this place to our friends and would come back in a heartbeat. It was great that we had the bungalow behind the palm tree. the view was unique. We recommend Le Perle Noir for dining. authentic Italian is cooked there with regional and seasonal ingredients. Great.
