Very peaceful surroundings, in the middle of the forest, but on one of the main paths, so it’s easy to go to the town and also to the beaches. The owner arranged a bike for me and prepared a nice refresher juice for when I arrived.

The neighbour next to our hosts property played some local pop music at high volume. But we could escape to our bedroom when the music was noisy.

The place has a great setup surrounded by tropical forest and a beautiful garden. The host was very lovely, helpful and responsive.

Very welcoming host, the garden was very well kept and gorgeous. Great location right in the middle of the island. Everything is reachable by bike while also being sufficiently remote to enjoy the tranquility of a tropical island. Once we left, we forgot a laptop charger and the host quickly arranged so that someone would bring it to us before the jetty departed.

Our stay at Dan Zoranz was perfect, being located within a quiet and tranquil garden setting away from the immediate hubbub of the coast, and was just what we needed. Virginie, the owner, very kindly organised a taxi from the jetty and welcomed us on arrival, taking the time to both give a wealth of information on the attractions and facilities available on the island, and give us a tour of the amazingly productive garden - having kindly provided a large selection of home grown fruit and fresh fruit juice. In addition Virginie also arranged bicycle hire (and arranged for a replacement bike when a chain broke late in the evening!) and even spent the time assisting us with recommendations for our onward travel to a neighbouring island on departure. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again soon and we wish Virginie and her family all our very best wishes.

Virginia were there and explained everything. she also shared a lot of information (verbally and in a booklet) about La Digue that is extremely helpful since with this any quest can easily plan the days during the stay. She also provided some drinking water and fruit for juice and she provided a welcome drink as well. She was also very kind to organize taxi to and from the jetty and arranged bikes for us when we needed.

We really loved our stay here. I arrived at La Digue with a bad sea-sickness, fortunately Virginie the owner was already waiting for us (we arrived early) and took really good care of us, even brought us some soup and made us tea! We felt at home immeadiatly! :) The sorrounding are astonishing (banana plants, exotic flowers, granite rocks and coconut trees), to where I would say its one of the most beautiful stays we ever had.

This house has the good and beautiful location on the island of La digue and everything in the house is prepared for you in the best way possible. Everything is very clean. The hosts Virginie is very kind and welcome you with their wonderful positive energy and help you with information about the island. If we come next time four sure we stay here.

The area is completely dark after sunset. You absolutely need a headlamp (or your mobile torch): it’s nonsense but bikes don’t have a headlight! Consider renting an electric bike: more expensive but we would have appreciated it on the way uphill from nearby Grande Anse.

A little house in the wildest part of the island, Virginie is one the best hosts I’ve ever met around the world: always smiling and going to great lengths to welcome you and provide precious information to enjoy your stay in the island. Rooms and bathroom are immaculately clean. Bike rental can be facilitated by the host and is absolutely necessary given the distance from the village.

At night tiny little bugs arrived to the open air kitchen. Virginie did help to clean them and it’s probably normal this time of the year. That was the only unconfortable thing.

The house is calm and peaceful. Close to the best parts of the island. The hospitality went beyond all our expectations. Virginie was really helpful and gave us plenty of informations about the places around. We felt that it is vital for her that we get the most out of our vacation.

There isn't anything to complain about.

Hosts Virginie and Frankie are exceptional people, who give their guests more than only accommodation. From the very beginning to the arrival at home, they care about their guests. It started with arrival to accommadation, Virginie offered to get a taxi to take us from the jetty, she also arranged bikes for us. What she shocked me most, was when after formalities connected with check-in, she took the map of La Digue and started explaining points of interests with local expertise and advice. Moreover, she also organised our trip in Mahe, gave us useful tips, brochures and map of the island where she highlighted tracks, beaches and other points of interests, helping with car rent and everything. I couldn't believe that this person really cares about us even though we weren't their guests anymore. This gives an added value to the accommodation you can book. The location itself is excellent because you get to the closest accommodation to the beaches - Grand Anse beach, Petite Anse beach and Coco Anse Beach. For me the last one was the most beautiful beach on the whole La Digue. From Dan Zoranz it is 10-minute walking distance. I must also mention the beautiful large garden surrounding the house, full of exotic flowers and fruit trees. They were so generous that we were given all the fruit from their garden for free. They represent Seychelles in best light, make holiday unforgettable experience. If Seychelles, so only La Digue, if La Digue always Dan Zoranz. Virginie can open private school and teach other Seychelle people how to do tourism. Thanks so much Eva a Vlado.

All excellent But, i think night light in the garden and light in the rooms is very bright . For my opinion it's needs to make possibility to turn it off in the garden and reduce in the room and kitchen

Virgine was a fantastic host giving us all the needed information about the island. She also offered us a great welcome natural juice, fruits and homemade jam. The place is quiet, safe, very clean and well located. We can easily get to every place, walking or cycling. We're very grateful for making our stay at La Digue so pleasant.

Extremely nice host. Virginie tried her best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She even prepared a juice and gave some fruits, even it is not included in the price. She gave great tips around La Digue and organised our transfer. We felt like home and I really hope I will come back some time soon!

We had a chance to be there only for 1 month.

We felt like we arrived to our family. Amazing hospitality, great location. Virginie and Franky take great care of your comfort and stomachs. Lots of fruits in the garden that you can eat. Fast Wi-Fi! which is not a common thing in hotels/guesthouses, especially on the islands. Comfy bed with a net from mosquitos. But there were a few and only if we left the windows open for a while. Great privacy around. Very tranquil place. Oh, has I mentioned great hospitality? Great hospitality! They can also organize any trip for you that you may wish. Just tell them about the experience that you want to get and they either would organize it for you or get you someone who does that kind of thing that you need. Quick response time on Whatsapp for whatever you may need. Can't recommend Franky's and Virginie's place enough. Just book it and send the gratitude present to me for the recommendation later.

Very nice place, in a walking distance from the Grand Anse beach. The room was spotlessly clean and the outside kitchen lovely and well equipped. The hosts were very caring and helpful, they gave us a lot of tips and helped us to organize bicycles and taxis. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to come back in the next years!

The bed ! It’s a spring bed, and you can feel them.. The living room (shared space) was closed (Maybe due to Covid ?). We had to eat in our outside kitchen and there were TONS of midges at night - which was a bit annoying.

Virginie, the host, is amazing. My partner fell sick during the trip and she was super available and helpful throughout: she helped us get to the hospital and out, and gave useful advice. The garden is great with beautiful flowers, tropical fruits - you’re surrounded by birds singing We had a complimentary basket of delicious local fruits All in all, the accommodation has everything you need - good value for money in la digue
