The host was very friendly and willing to help. The accommodation is very well-maintained, new, clean, and comfortable. There is a large central area with a superbly equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are large, each with its own bathroom. Unfortunately, we only stayed at the accommodation for one day; it could have been an excellent base for exploring the island.

The apartment is amazing, really spacious, newly built and spotless clean. It's very well equipped and comfortable. It's located in a quiet area with beautiful views from the terrace, and very well connected with Victoria, the jetty and beautiful beaches. It's also very close to stores and delicious take-away shops. Julius is very friendly and helpful, and gave us lots of nice suggestions for our stay. We totally recommend this apartment, we would certainly repeat!

Location. It's too far inside the main road and Uphill There is a fleet of stairs which is difficult to carry luggage and may be an. Issue with senior citizens. If not for Location I would give it a complete 10 rating

Nothing everything was great

Amazing high standard accommodation with everything you need. Beautiful views and within easy reach of beach, bus stop, shops which are all just a short walk away. Julius was a brilliant host very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here we had a fantastic time.

The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. On the upper floor there are two very large bedrooms with a very comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, air conditioning and very spacious two bathrooms. The kitchen and living room are also very large and very nicely furnished. On each floor there is also a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The apartment is cleaned every three days, and all towels are changed. The location of the apartment is excellent for exploring the island with a rented car. The owners of the apartment are wonderful people, they make you feel very welcome, always available for any help or advice. As a welcome, they cooked fantastic Creole fish with local side dishes and spices - one of the best fish we've ever tried! We definitely recommend this apartment and we will definitely come back!

That we had only taken more than one night

Ending up an unforgettable holiday at the Seychelles by staying with Julius, was brilliant. The most wonderful place, shining clean and looked like it was built yesterday. Julius was present from the time we arrived until we had to leave the next day , and during these hours he helped us with everything practical, including transport to golf, beach and airport,a nd even a pizza-pickup. Julius runs this place with his wife with the hope of giving guests a very special experience. The house is situated in a scenic hilly terrain, so if you want to get around, it is probably recommended to rent a car. Breakfast was served in the apartment and there was everything the heart could desire, fruit, eggs, coffee, juice, bread, etc. The apartment is so well equipped that you can easily shop and be self-catering.

It was perfect for us for one night, but if you are staying longer you need a car. The apartment is located on a hill, not near the water.

The apartment was new, large, gorgeous and well equipped. We had Julius cook us a wonderful dinner, 25 Euros per person.... the best fish we had in the Seychelles. They also let us check in early. Communication was wonderful, questions answered immediately. Julius also drove us to the airport at 5 am (40 Euros.)

brand new, sparkling clean, PERFECTLY equipped (iron, washing machine, clothes dryer, shower gels, towels even AC adapters) with GREAT host and located in a nice quiet area with green surroundings! there is the best possible WI-FI on the island, TV with several channels including kids; there are shops nearby(5min by car), famous distillery almost round the corner and an airport 10-15min away. the host also allowed us to check out 4 hours later then we should!

The villa is new and modern. There is everything you need for comfortable stay at Seychelles. The are two bathrooms! AC in every bedroom. The location is also perfect for those with a car. Not far from airport and close to the beaches, shops. The hosting family and Julius was in contact with us and we were absolutely impressed by the firewall dinner Julius cooked for us! We could definitely recommend this place to stay at Au Cap.

The apartment is pretty big, the upper level has two bedrooms with AC and two bathrooms. Downstairs the living room, kitchen, bathroom and a nice terrace with a nice view over the forest. We booked this apartment for just 7 days but when we came we were so excited about it that we extended our stay ( changed even the flight :) ). Very comfortable, spacious well equipped new apartment, we had everything for a long stay. Very good cleaning service. Beautiful mountain view from two terraces. Fast and stable internet. Many shops in near locations. Mini fish market with fresh fish is almost under the corner on the main road. Less than 10 minutes by car to Anse Royale. I'd like to notice very friendly owners, Julius and his wife. Julius was always ready to help us in case we needed something. It was very pleasure for us when owners prepared the dinner for us at the evening before we leave. It was very tasty. We definitely are going to return here! Highly recommend!
