Issues with check in... We arrived at 6:40pm (with upfront accepted request for check in between 6pm and 7pm) and noone was there. We called the number from booking but with no response. After about half an hour we've met the person who worked in the hotel (he was already after work and relaxing on the balcony), and he helped us to get to the room. Similar situation with other guests next evening... Not the best first impression.

Big and very comfortable beds, big bathroom, air-condition and strong wifi connection (ask in reception for room dedicated network). Close to airport, nice beach but more to relax in the evening then spend the whole day and swim.

Very nice place just on the beach. Clean and confortable. Nice breakfast in the main lounge with hot coffee or juice, fresh fruits, jam and bread. Our apartment had a kitchen all equiped, clean toilet withs towels, safe deposit box and air conditioning. Outside in the garden you can find a BBQ with table to have convival lunch/dinner under the stars. The staff is very gentil and helpfull. Just in front of the Jamelah Guest House there is a small supermarket always open, you just need to cross the road. Would go back there 100%

The water at the beach was not nice, especially after coming from La Digue. Had to travel far to do anything. You need a car here. The beds were really hard (some like that but not us).

Unfortunately the second room was not as nice. The sink was dripping, the shower head was weird and made it uncomfortable to shower, the bathroom door was broken so we could not close it, the bed was quite small (my boyfriend was too big for it)

It was very close to the beach, nice staff and felt very welcoming. We booked twice and the first room we had was very nice and I would recommend.

The location was nice. Two super market was just our the guest house. Even bus stop was nearby. Beach access was one of the major highlight of the stay.

The location is less than ideal. You’ll have to go through airport traffic jam for most of the destinations (up to 2 hours delay in mornings and evenings). Plan carefully.

A surprisingly good hotel which goes a extra mile for you. It has ample parking, a quite good breakfast, a small turtle Zoo, and a well-maintained private beach. A view of the ocean from our balcony was beautiful. Well, it’s too shallow mist of the time, but hey. Two convenient stores right nearby.

The room was not very good. It was ok for us because we just stayed in the room during the night. Lock in the bathroom did not work, shower takes very long to get warm, barely any power outlets to charge phones and camera.

We had to leave at 4am to catch a flight but they were very kind and left a breakfast the evening before in our room's fridge so we dont need to leave on an empty stomach. Very good access to the beach. Best dog ever!

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good… obviously not the fault of the accommodation. The shower is installed in a strange way, not handy when you are 1m90. Otherwise clean and well sized bathroom.

Next to the beach, nice size apartment, friendly and helpful staff, clean flat. Good internet… due to bad weather, we had something to do thanks to a good connection. The turtles and feeding them the leftovers of your fruit.

Me and my husband has spent nice few days in Jamelah Beach House. We really like the room - it was comfortable and clean. The private beach was near by. The fact that they serve breakfast was nice, however, the breakfast itself was rather light and not so big. The surroundings of the Jamelah Beach House was ok, however street with quite big traffick was just around the corner. We recommend the place for people who want to spend relaxing time close to a beach - mind that the place is not in the city center.

The hotel had better days in the past. It was clean but a bit rusty. Next to the "beach" access there is a sewer. Good place for short stay or if you drive to other locations for surfing etc.
