The location seems close to be beach however there is a very steep hill to climb. The climb is not that bad in the evening but near noon it is very sunny so it makes it quite hard. With a car it's is definately not a problem. Not really a negative but be carefull with leaving the windows open during the evening, there are a lot of gekos and bugs so they will definately get in if you are not paying attention.

The best part is the very large balcony where you can have a nice dinner and enjoy the views. Very big rooms with private bathroom, that is great for two couples or big families. Beau Vallon is also very good since it has a great beach, many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Communication with the host was very good, the check-in and check-out was also smooth.

We found some ants and cockroaches around the kitchen so we stored the food mainly in the fridge.

It’s a fair climb up the hill, but the view pays off every sweat. The Appartment is spacious and fairly clean, with towels changed regularly.

Road to reach the villa is inclined, but in 10 min by foot you reach the beach. The bed was not so comfy.

Nice, big and spacious villa for a small trip on Beau Vallon. Our host did prepare us a dinner for 8 persons when we asked. They also helped us to bring groceries from the supermarket when was raining. One of the most beautiful beach on Mahe, with corals, does not have big waves, therefore you can swim and do snorkeling. Our host left some food for our first breakfast.

it was a very clean and well laid out property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You do have to walk up a steep slope to get there (as you often do in the Seychelles) but you are rewarded with the most stunning views over Beau Vallon and the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. We loved everything about the accommodation.

No dislikes really. But! Everyone should know, that this accomodation can be reached by car, so car rental is necessary. Do not worry about driving on the left side, it is manageble. The JB apartment is on the very top of the hill and the route is quite demanding for the cars. And booking.com should emphasize that if you have light flight the way back to home (we hade our plane at midnight) it is better to book another night - although you will not stay there.

We had managed the meals ourselves, it was easy to buy things in the closest shops, bakery (2 km walk) or in a big hipermarket in Victoria. Big and very clean flat: kitchen and living room with 2 sofa, 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms - with showers. The fridge is spacious and works properly. We could even make icecubes. The kitchen is fully equipped, I do not have as many things in my households as they had in JB. Very clean plates, dishes, gas cooker, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, cattle, and washing machine - Samsung, easy to use. Solar panel which gives the hot water, wifi is perfect - we had been using 4 different IT eq. The owner Marcella and his husband JB are very kind and helpful, we have really enjoyed the chats with them. Their grandson is Matthew a very kind and cute boy speaks fluently 3 languages and he does - I mean openminded and started to communicate... It was one of my best holiday in my life. A car is an obligatory option to move around.

The location of the property is just next to the centre, but surrounded with beautiful nature and no noises interrupt you. However it is a little bit hard to move without a car.

Well, some noise from the road in the early morning is a bit annoying, but only relevant for one room of two.

Overall this is a place you feel like home. Even without a car, if you're kin to some hiking - you will find the everyday way up to the villa very beautiful and pleasant. We used buses all the time - the stop is literally 10 minutes down the hill. Marcella is an ideal host - kind, helpful and understanding. Allowed us to check-out (very) late with no charge.

We were ok, people without car may struggle to climb the steepy hill. If you think about this location, take a car and then you will be super happy.

Lots of space, very clean, well equipped, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms. Owner super pleasant, communicative, helful, open. Dream stay.
