A well equipped and clean Guesthouse within a beautiful garden. Excellent breakfast, very varied and with delicious fruit juice. Roussel was a very friendly and perfect host. He fulfilled all our wishes and cares for his guests. We are glad to have choosen this Guesthouse as it is located in the countryside and very quiet. Perfect for all who enjoy silence and nature. We rent bicycles in good condition and to a fair price. We recommend this Guesthouse and would come again. Thank´s to Roussel - we had the time of our life and will never forget this holiday.

The impression is fantastic. The house is surrounded by greenery. It only takes 5 minutes to the beach by bike. During the bike ride, you pass through a beautiful oasis of greenery. I would love to return to this accommodation.

Being a bit out of town means we had to travel to sample other food establishments. As nightfall is around 7pm we invariably had to cycle in the dark and often when it was raining. Warm rain is fine but it soaks you just the same.

Russel was very helpful from the outset and was able to answer any questions we had. He is a fine chef and we really enjoyed the evening meal we had there. Breakfast every morning was delicious with plenty of variety. We hired 2 bicycles from him and they were well maintained and easy to use. The guesthouse is set in really tranquil surroundings and it's very easy to relax there.

We had the perfect holiday on La Digue. Our host made sure we have everything we need and more. He even helped us book a guide for our hike. The room temperature (due to our host turning on the aircon before our return) the cleanliness, the comfiness of the bed, the tranquility of the surroundings make it the most relaxing location. The breakfast is fantastic. It includes fruit fresh from the garden, freshly squeezed juice, and savory items like omlet, butter, cheese. It is freshly prepared every day just for you. Also, you can rent bikes at the property - perfect vehicle for La Digue. There is nothing more we could have wished in this location - we will return with pleasure if we have the chance. Thank you!

Stay was great in general, but just small details - AC is pointed directly to the bed which is not a big deal because you can set up AC flaps easily. Just the light from the AC showing the temperature is lightenning whole room :) And the pillows are so high but - this is not even complain because everyone has different prefferences.

Russell is great friendly host, very helpfull. He welcomed us with jar of fresh juice which was really refreshing. Breakfast were great with selection of local fruits, juice, coffee/tea, sanditches, eggs. The room has everything you can expect - AC, fridge, always nice & clean with own terrace right in the front of the room where we spent the most of the time - you have there your own privacy, nice view to surrounding jungle. The bathroom is nice as well - I have to mention - provided with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner - just a small detail but in some better rated accomodation in Seychelles we didn't have anything at all! There is a shared kitchen for both of the rooms - well equipped - for both of the rooms. Russell can rent you a bike for 100 ruppies per day - recommended! Location of the questhouse is great as well - strategically great - you are close to the calm but the most beautifull beacheas in LaDigue - Grand Anse, Petite Anse and Anse Cocos (20 minutes walking time, 10 minutes by bike), but you are the same distance to the east part of the island where you can find shops (we use Le P’ti shop - 12 minutes walking), restaurants, takeaways.

Small bathroom shower behind the door. Sound isolation there is a gap on windows but when they clean the room they leave the Ac On so thats good.

The staff is a friendly host. The accomodation is good clean location is good because it is in the middle of the island. The breakfast is perfect! The host can arrange you a taxi and bikes for a good price.

Best stay of our holiday. Russel always smiling, helpful, nothing is problem for him. Great breakfasts - we loved it! Also you must try homemade dinner! Apartment is on super place, close to everywhere and in nice garden. And as a bonus little dog friend, which you can pet everytime :) If we will come back, we'll stay here surely again!

There was some little problem with the shower handle, but it was fixed right away, as soon as we told about it to the host. So, basically, it's just one more example why we loved this place!

1. First of all, I must say the host was all the way OUTSTANDINGLY supportive! Starting from our arrival to Mahe, through fulfilling all our needs during our stay to our departure from La Digue we received all the explanations and help we needed! All the support came from an honest desire to please us as if we were friends or family with the hosts. 2. Fresh fruits every morning. In general, the breakfast was served in the very exact hour we asked for, everything tasty and sparkling clean. Even our child who usually doesn't eat well, enjoyed the meals and ate everything. 3. Delightful supper! The only thing we regret is that we ordered it only on our last day. Definitely recommended!

The best place we stayed at Seychelles (out of three), room was clean, fresh (good air-conditioning), wi-fi was the fasted we had. The breakfast is delicious and very generous with plenty of fruit, juices, egg and toasts. Don't leave without trying the dinner Russel cooks, excellent! Russel is such a great host and very dedicated! He helped us with every question and gave us good info on where to go. We rented the bikes there too and they were very nice. The location is perfect because it sits in the middle of the island close by bike to the center and to more savage beaches Anse Cocos, Grand Anse. I'd recommend it with hesitation to anyone.

Russel is such a great host and very dedicated! He helped us whenever needed. The breakfast is delicious. We left early on our last day and he even packed some cake for us. The guesthouse is a bit away from the main streets, which isn't a problem because with bikes you will be everywhere on the island in a couple of minutes! We can highly recommend the Guesthouse!

La Bel Zilwaz guesthouse was a very good choice for our holidays. The owner arranged for us a taxi transfer from the jetty to the apartment. When we arrived the mother of the owner welcomed us with fresh juice and later the owner came to explain everything to us. He was very kind and helpful giving us all the information we needed to explore the island and he suggested some nice places to go out. The room was very clean and comfortable with air-condition and very good wifi connection. The breakfast was nice with fresh fruits(some of them fleshly cut straight from their garden) fresh juice, coffee,bread etc. There are also bikes to rent there in order to explore the island. We would choose it again.

Russell and Eliane, what can I say - they were so welcoming and hospitable to me and my wife. They were a joy to be around, and they were so supportive during my wife's bike accident (Update: After 2 months of patient healing, my wife is finally walking again, thank you both!) We really enjoyed the location, the food (breakfast was fantastic) and the island experience. We look forward to visiting Russell and Eliane again in the future!

Russel is a very friendly host! The accomodation is very nice and clean. Russel makes an excellent breakfast und dinner. You Should try the dinner. It was the best dinner we ate at the Seychelles and the portions were really big.
