Restaurant: the opening hours are limited, not too much choices as food. Same breakfast everyday. They don't refill fast the food. the internet wasn't free, Super super expensive

Wifi should be complementary or atleast related costs should be disclosed in advance. Government taxes should be charged together with room cost as number of nights are already known so the guest can pay in advance.

for the first 02 days we stayed where we did not book and they were saying we were over booked

The hotel was clean, calm, comfortable. Nice pool, open all day long. Breakfast was good, could have more variety. Complimentary coffee, tea and cake at 4 pm was nice

I didn’t really like the dinner because of the "a la carte" format. This format involves waiting and a limited choice of dishes (2 main courses, 2 salads and 1 dessert option).

The location is excellent. The beautiful Anse Royale beach is just steps away. Nice swimming pool inside the hotel, spacious lounge. Beautiful interior. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

New hotel with modern room and great gym and swimming pool. Also the buffet breakfast is good. Can highly recommend for future stays.

The perfect place to relax and recharge. Very nice, spacious rooms, great bathroom layout. Confortable bed and silent efficient AC. The first hotel i stayed in that had a steamer instead of an iron( very good for summer eary dresses). The pool and pool bar area were great- they have happy hour ;). The beach is across the street and its a wonderful place, plenty of natural shade thanks to the luxurious Seychelles vegetation. The beach restaurant is awesome. I usually dont comment about the hotel staff, but i will this time. They were all smiling, polite, and had a great ease when attending to our requests. This added to the holiday feel. We had half bord, breakfast was buffet style and dinner was a 3 course meal. I highly recommend this gotel. Intimate, elegant, very clean, perfect location, excelent service.

You have to cross the road to access the beach. The main entrance and the parking are hidden from the road. The lid of the toiled had a purple stain inside that I cleaned easily with tissue. Seems like it was not cleaned properly 🥹

It’s close by the beach and airport. Easy access. Poor area is very nice and rooms spacious and comfortable

Hotel only had buffet as dinner option ...too much food and way too expensive at $90 a person 😱 Restaurant staff unfriendly but competent. Slow to respond at times Breakfast buffet refills slow Reception manager (the lady not the gentleman) extremely rude, cold, uninterested and dismissive. Housekeeping not too thorough but resolved as soon as communicated Water in shower was lukewarm THROUGHOUT even though bathroom sink tap water was hot 🤯 Late checkout denied even though the room wasn't booked and we asked repeatedly.. .always assured likely to not be an issue and to keep checking closer to our last day Cafe Kreol (beach restaurant) absolutely messed up NYE...only ate at 23h00 despite arriving fashionably late at 21h00. We had checked and rechecked our booking as recent as 18h00 at the restaurant. Horrible food...awful service. Manager eventually apologised with a free bottle of wine and zero service charges but overall.....wasted money at $120 a couple.

Location Room size, amenities (nice to have a clothes steamer in the room), proximity to a gorgeous beach, very close to shops, bureau de change, close to airport, very lovely and exquisitely designed and decorated hotel overall. Noise proof rooms - you literally can't hear anything once you close your door 💗 Lovely pool area, pool bar and staff...very nice to swim and chill there in the evening after a long day sightseeing Amazing spa treatments and staff (must do!!) Very aesthetically pleasing small intimate hotel...it is very pretty 😍

The breakfast was not exactly what you expect in a 5 star hotel. Before 10 o clock they were running out of certain foods, and nobody seemed to care. With a little more care and some training, everyone would be pleased, I am sure. Also, I believe those carpets in the rooms have to be removed, because of the humidity and the smell.

The hotel is new, nicely furnished, with a nice pool and a beach bar with great people and nice food. They are friendly and welcoming. The sunbeds could have been nicer, they are not fit for this hotel.

I have really mixed feeling of this accommodation. The room has nice modern look but even before you appreciate the look of it, you will be overwhelmed by the damp smell. Cushions on the balcony had such smell as well. For the 3 days, the dried plant on the stair stayed the same - I don;t know if the cleaning was done at all. Staffs were not that friendly and didn;t seem to have been instructed well enough. (When we went for breakfast, even before we sat down, we were asked what we want for drink and the table number. And on the second day, even after sitting at the table for more than 5 min, no one came to ask for drink. It just felt so random) Pool was good, but had really nasty smell next to the pool ( smelled like durian or jackfruit) Food was way too pricey ( plus you need to pay extra for the service fee and tax) On the first day we didn;t have hand towel in our room and the next day we got 1 hand towel.

Breakfast was very satisfying. Swimming pool was big. Bed was comfortable. Welcome drink was very refreshing. Staff at the parking spot was always friendly

that at the end of our stay we were slapped with a wifi bill,apparently the hotel offers free wifi and high speed wifi which is chargable,be sure to consult front desk if acess youve been given is chargable or not, all we did was ask the fromt desk officer who assisted us with checkin for the wifi key and next,there we has a bill on our room.Room price has per booking.com was not the final total as they are other costs added at the hotel such as environmental tax.Food at hotel is costs,but you can eat on the restaurants on the beach right next to the hotel

Hotel is clean and has a good vibe at both the pool and 2nd floor bar, breakfast is okay,nothing special and the property is right next to royal bay beach club were you can get on the glass boat (at SCR 500 for 2) and take amazing pictures on the clear waters.

For half board you don't get water, just the food, the restaurant staff is not always friendly and the gym has no AC.

The hotel is quite new and modern and everything is beautiful. Also the location is very good, close to a lot of things and has also beach access. Good food and overall nice experience.

The location wasn’t the best. But that’s not the hotels fault, I didn’t do my homework properly. The service at the restaurant was not great, there’s very little attention to detail. Service at the reception and at the pool bar was amazing 🙏🏼
