Really great location, beaches right across the street and lovely sounds of the ocean from the room. Great parking space on site. Close to Takamka Distillery (nice for an outing), nice restaurants nearby. Henri was a great host, really helpful with recommendations on car rental, places to go and things to do. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Good villa and territory. Nice kitchen and balcony. Good place to stay. Very good and stable internet. Comfortable bed YOU should have a car at any place at Seychelles. So this place is good to stay if you want regilarly go to different beaches. But that is very good villa highly recommend

We stayed in the house Rafael - nice small house, ideal for a couple. House is close to the a beautiful privat beach. Shops with all you need are a few minutes from appartmant.

A bit far from the ,,centre", we had to always use the car.

We had our own villa, 1st floor with balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Very satisfied with the room, bathroom and teracce as well. Private beach was a big plus.

Super nice place to stay. We had the upper apartment with big balcony and it was superb. Working out, having breakfast in the morning with that view was just amazing. The apartment nice, clean a well equipt. Location was nice, Anse Royale beach just one stop by bus with amazing snorkeling experience, we met turtle in the water. The other direction is airport 15 minutes, Victoria 30. All in All great place to enjoy the Island.

The hot water in our shower only ran for about 5 minutes before the water temperature became tepid. But this wasn't a huge issue with warm outside air temperatures.

The villa was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. A small beach is across the road, 2 food shops within 5 minutes' walk, Takamaka Rum distillery 10 minutes' walk and frequent buses run both north and south.

Water pressure, poor wi-fi (only for texting sth), a lack of light in the bathroom and tin opener in the kitchen (the latter was impossible to use). The life, shops, places to eat, nice long beach were two kilometres away from us. But at the same time this means less noise and dirt. It was a little problem for us but won’t be a problem for those travelling by car. But all these didn’t spoil our impression anyway.

A quite spacious room, a picturesque view from the balcony, air conditioning, a safe, a fridge, a clean and neat garden with different kinds of fruits, trees, palms, plants and flowers, a private kitchen, security. As we travelled around by bus and on foot, it was really convenient for us that the bus stop, supermarkets were nearby. But you should take into account that it will take you about 40 minutes to 1 hour to reach Victoria by bus. The staff is polite. You won’t even notice them too much during your stay. That means they don’t disturb you. They know exactly when and what to do, they are doing a good job. A special tribute to the owner. You won’t see Henry too often during your stay: arrival, departure and several times as well. Nevertheless, that’s his main advantage. If you ask him something or write a text message, he will definitely help you as far as possible. That’s a great trait.

Proximity of the street makes it a bit noisy with passing traffic...

We had a very pleasant stay in this spacious and nicely furnished villa with a beautiful veranda and access to the garden. The place was very clean and well maintained, compliments to the very helpful and friendly staff members 🙂 Great time, would definitely stay again!

Lovely, bright room. There is everything you need to stay. Very clean, cleaning every day. Excellent location, a minute walk from bus stops, a shop, across the street a cozy beach, where almost always there is no one. The owner is always in touch, gave very valuable recommendations, ordered a comfortable transfer to the airport.

I really enjoyed our private porch to sit on and enjoy coffee. Also appreciated that we were able to use the beach across the street, which was an added bonus. Mr Jimmy and Henry were both very kind and helpful.

Quite close to the main road so it could be noisy at night when the odd bus rush down the road.
