We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lodoicea. Our apartment was clean, large and well appointed. It was a great base camps for our day trips around the island. The pool was nice gl have when wanted to cool off. Silvia and her husband were amazing hosts, informative, friendly and discreet.

The road to the main beach isn't the easiest to navigate with small children, especially the bits without pavement, but it's not too bad and the beach is fantastic and worth the walk

Lovely apartment! We stayed as a family of 4 and were very comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Silvia was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Kids thought the pool was amazing and spent hours in there!

Everything was amazing, the location is calm but near to the Beau Vallon beach, supermarket and all that you may need. It is clean and spacious and we felt like home. Thanks to Silvia who was more than welcoming to us. Would return again!

If you are looking for a nice, clean, modern appartment with a lovely swimming pool in a quiet area and nice hosts then this is the one. There is a lovely beach nearby and a grocery store too.

An amazing place to stay. A big and clean apartment. The Beau Vallon beach is literally 2 minutes away by car and if you don't feel like going to the beach - the apartment has a lighted saltwater pool. Unfortunately our trip was cut short because of a flight delay. Silvia (the host) was amazing and helped with every problem we had. If we ever go back (and I hope we will) we will definitely book again.

The property is located in a quite area in the beautiful Beau Vallon. The interior of the apartment is beautiful and the flat was equipped with everything one needed. The hosts are friendly and caring.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this accommodation! Everything exceeded our expectations and even more. The hosts were outstanding, going above and beyond to fulfill all of our wishes and requests, enhancing our entire vacation. The apartment itself was superb, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay and making us feel safe and right at home. In the yard, there is also everything you need for relaxation and a pleasant stay, especially for enjoying the pool. There are plenty of parking spaces, and it is very accessible. I cannot emphasize enough how excellent both the apartment and the hosts were. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly amazing accommodation experience.

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying here! Everything exceeded our expectations and more. The hosts were friendly, going above and beyond to fulfill all of our requests. On our very first day, BB helped us get delicious food from a top chef when we arrived even though it was a holiday . Julia was very attentive and fulfilled our wish of wanting an apartment upstairs. They provided us with invaluable suggestions that greatly enhanced our vacation. BB's suggestion of visiting the museum was just great. It helped us get more historical information on our King who came to the Seychelles. I can't emphasize enough how amazing the hosts are, they even waived our late check out fee! The apartment itself is superb, bigger than we imagined, and tastefully decorated. The wood is just gorgeous. It is very neat and the located in a quiet neighborhood. The Kitchen has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Both the apartment and the hosts are just excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly amazing accommodation experience. We are definitely returning!

Beau Vallon is a walking distance, although it is not too close if you are travelling with kids. Make sure to rent a car and explore the area.

We had a blast staying in Lodoicea Apartments, the house is brand new and you can see that the hosts take special care of it - the pool is cleaned daily and the surrounding area is very well maintained. The hosts are super friendly too- helped us out with our car rental and even bought a BBQ grill for us when we wanted to grill some fish ;) The rooms are super clean and very well equipped and organised, my family and our friends stayed in 3 different rooms and loved every single one of them. Location is very good, there is a small waterfall nearby and few grocery stores. Beau Vallon is a walking distance, although renting a car is recommended. We loved our stay here and would love to come back.

New and well equipped apartment in a calm neighbourhood. Super comfortable bed, good and quiet aircon. We slept wonderful! The host is friendly and helpful and lives on site. We loved the water filter,so no need to buy water!

We had a great time at Lodoicea apartment. Everything is modern, spacious, clean and baby friendly (ask for the baby cot). Air condition can cool down the whole space in half an hour. Bed is nice and comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (kettle, toaster, pans…), it also has water purifier so you don’t have to worry about water gallons. You can also ask for the washing machine if you need it. The pool area looked very nice. There are several apartments but we didn’t hear the noise from the others which is great when you have a baby that sleeps at 7PM and wakes up at 6AM. Silvia is a wonderful host, always ready to help. Beau Vallon is nice beach closest to the apartment (5min drive). It has a lot of shade and take away restaurants. It is phenomenal for the sunset and afternoon swim. There are couple of small shops in the area where you can buy European brands as well (including baby food).

It might be a good idea to rent a car to experience the full comfort though the beach and shops are in walking distance. Silvia, the owner of the place was kind enough to arrange the car rental for us
