When it’s running the route can be a little flooded with big puddles (not in a way you can’t get to the room but may get really wet)

I very clean an comfortable place. The rooms are bid and have a great shower and kitchen which is really nice. We bought some stuff at the near by grocery for breakfast and really enjoy it! The location is good but not sea front or in the middle of the city and a bike rent is a must.

It’s a lovely place with a beautiful garden! And so many details in the garden decor on the territory. Comfortable apartment, includes beach towels. A very high level of hospitality, staff is very friendly and helpful, we were in love with this accommodation. Nice bikes, it’s a cruiser model, maybe not for every gradient of the road, but for us, it was enough and comfortable. Not bad at all :)

Our host was lovely! We requested to help us have dinner on our front terrace, and if she could, cook us some local dishes with fresh fish. The result was the perfect and delicious dinners that I had with my wife after some long days doing snorkeling and sight seeing. Our host was so nice that she cooked some delicious dishes, and also brought fresh fruits that we enjoyed so much. She also helped us planned all the trips to La Digue, told us about the history of the island, where we should go, what to visit, helped us with transportation and also we found out that all of the islands inhabitants were kind and always prepared to help with directions if we got lost. To everyone that wants to visit La Digue, we encourage you to stay at least 3 days on the island, and defiantly at Maison Charme de L'ile! <3

Very high standard in everything including garden, exterior, interior. Everything looks brand new. The room was large and had absolutely everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and let us use our rental bikes and shower facilities even after check-out, also helped us with laundry for a small cost.

This place is just great! The room is very convenient and beautiful, the kitchen is functional (and we cooked there everyday) and there are bicycles that you can rent at the place. Maybe the most significant part of the stay was the housekeeper Johnete. She is very kind and helpful. When we had special requests, she solved them pretty immediately. For example, since we are vegan, she has prepared especially for us the traditional desert in Seychelles named Ladob. Was delicious!

Look no further than the lovely Maison Charme De L'ile, a perfect blend of bliss and tranquility, where the island's most famous beaches are just a stone's throw away (or 5 minutes on a bike). With caring owners and a lovely garden (you won't need the pool really), it's a top pick for a serene escape on La Digue.

We had a wonderful stay at Madison Charme De L'ile! The room/apartment ist very spacious and spotlessly clean. Each room comes with a nice terrace and a small private backyard where you can also park your bikes. The staff was super friendly, very welcoming and helpful. L'union estate is pretty much right next door and it's a 10 minute bicycle ride to the jetty. There are a variety of shops, supermarkets as well as restaurants and take-aways close by.

We love everything about this accommodation and feel regretful for not staying more days. The location may not be best as it is half an hour (by walk) from port, but with bike it’s easy to go anywhere

The cost of rental bikes is dear (150 SCR p/ day p/person) and is not included with the room - would be great for the host to help organise a deal and not just the bikes themselves as an extra touch.

A great size for a small apartment, beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and with a small pool to help cool off. Added extras like shower gel and shampoo in the pristine bathroom, beach towels, and very plush bedding made all the difference. For some, having to cycle to the beach and to eateries may be a downside, but we loved the tranquility of the jungle location and the peace and quiet it offered. There is a small shop 1 minute down the road and others a short cycle away to buy breakfast goods which we chose to do, as breakfast was an extra €20 for both of us. I'm really glad we chose to stay here, it was the serene island break we had hoped for.

Everything is very clean and new, very nice interior, cozy inner garden, own terrace and even a small pool. shop is 2 mins bicycle ride from the villa own grill. good kitchen. looks even better than in photos. complete feeling of getting to your wonderful grandmother’s country house for a summer day, riding an old little rusty bike to the shop and to the beach, enjoying every happy minute :)

There was some noise during night, seemed like some animal was running over roof, so it was bit harder to sleep. But overally it was a very nice and calm place.

We kind of booked last minute but everything was good. The room is kind of small but for a couple of days perfectly ok. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a mini back garden. They offer additional breakfast for 10€ and dinner. with the bike you are about 3-5 min away from union estate/Anse source d’argent, 10 min from ferry and 7mjn from restaurants area
