This villa is spacious with good amenities. It is fairly close to the shops, restaurants and public transport. The owner was helpful and offered useful advice for our stay.

Unfortunately we couldn't pay by card, so we had to take out money from the ATM what had more extra cost, also we didn't get any invoice or proof of paying There is two separated apartman in one house, so the walls are very thin, therefore you can hear every single word of your neighbour, even they listen music at night The extra gift dinner for the long staying has been forgotten

My friend and I have 23 years so we dont need to much. Sad of haven’t been able to meet the owners because Shaynon was very lazy with us. Anyways the wifi doesn’t works correctly at all, the blinds were dirty from cooking, and worst of all is when it rains (vert often) the water seeps under the door and floods everything! In any case the house is good but we expected more in little things.

Nice house in a quiet area. You can walk to the center in 30 min. Beach just crossing the street. The AC works perfect. The bus stops are close.

The house is great, and about 100 m from the beach. It's a bit off center, but you still have two small shops nearby for the basics (the one further away is better for vegs, and the neareast one better for icecreams and if you are into indian food). Shaynon is a superstar host, who, even if the alarm clock didn't ring, will still deliver and help you in any way he can! Tips: 1-if you go to the beach by night, you will see an incredible amount of stars, as there is very little light pollution. 2- If you take the bus, the bus stop is not the flying Dutchan, as indidated on Google map, but Tambi Shop (download the SPTC app for the buses, it is surprisingly accurate!).

The hosts are super friendly, they were alsways there for us. We ordered breakfasts for our stay and it was cooked every day by our host! Also they took us to the Anse Georgette beach and back and offered us a transfer from and to the ferry. Thank you for making our stay at Praslin unforgettable.

The house is very old and should be renovated. It literally looks like my grandma’s house in Bosnia. We personally hated the smell of humidity. Neighboring rental unit is separated only by old wooden door, which isn’t a particularly effective sound isolator. The air conditioning is installed in the bedroom and was set to 16C when we came, but you barely could feel it in the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is poorly equipped with old pans and knives that are damaged and not sharp at all. Cutting mango was mission impossible. We also experienced flooding from the front door, lack of water in the shower and geckos coming in and out through the ceiling. At least a few things can be improved easily. Since this is a self catering house, people will cook in it if you provide better equipment. Bonus points would be oil, salt and pepper. Also it would be nice to leave soap, some toilet paper rolls, bags for garbage bin in the bathroom and a bottle of water (especially when your guests are coming on Sunday noon when the shops are closed until 16:30).

We stayed at My Ozi Perl for 5 nights on Praslin. Communication with the owners and host was great. Myriam is very responsive and she provides all the details in one message. Dereck and Shaynon are good hosts. They picked us up at the airport in a short notice because we came with the earlier flight. Dereck also brought us a lamp during the power cut. The house is close to the airport and bus stop, and Grand Anse beach is on a walking distance. However, once you get spoiled with all the other beaches on Praslin, Grand Anse is nothing special. Bed was very big and two adults and a baby had more than enough space. Even though Shaynon and Dereck prepared a baby cot for us. The kitchen has a new fridge and microwave. This is probably one of the cheapest accommodations on Praslin (85€/night).

the property was perfectly located, Myriam and her husband are adorable, unconditionally kind and welcoming. amenities are perfect for a short or long stay in the seychelles. all the amenities are settled to enjoy your holidays. we are so grateful for this experiences and we will go back.

The owner is such a nice and super friendly guy who is always helping out. The house is big and has a lot of space inside. Very big bathroom with warm water, very comfortable bed (boxspring and king size). Nice terrace to have dinner with view to the stars. Quiet neighborhood. Supermarket 1 min by foot. Busstop 1 min by foot. Airport 10 min by foot. Jetty 20 min by car. (or 10 min when you realize at the ferry you forgot your phone and the owner brings it, thank youuu :)) We felt very much like home and would love to come back some day!

The apartment wasn't cleaned properly for a very long time,old and smelly. Dirt and grease everywhere,specially in the kitchen. Wi-fi wasn't working every other day. Had to ask for everything...wi-fi,bed sheet, toilet paper.... Don't recommend.

I’m sorry I have to write this, but it was my worst choice ever. It is true that the owner of the apartments was not there, but the man who must care for guests, does not take good care. First we had to wait for him, of course in the sun, 20 minutes. However, because there was overbooking, they gave us an apartment that smelled very bad and was very scattered. Terrible! Thanks to the fact that we slept in this awful space, which we did not book at all, the owner gave us a € 2.50 discount. In the end, despite the fact that it says that we can pay with a card, we could not do that. We had to give cash to the neighbors because again there was no person to take care of these accommodations. I am very, very, very disappointed. I'm sorry, Mrs. Myriam, but I can't give you a better review. I've never been so awful. :(

Guest house is big and has everything needed for guests. The host is very friendly and nice. She pleasantly suprised us with something every day. She made fresh lemon juice for us at arrival, picked some fruit from her garden for a breakfast, prepared cocos with juice for a cold drink, even cooked a very tasty dinner for us one evening. Besides that, she is very pleasant to talk and very hardworking with guest house. She cleaned everything and changed sheets and towels while we were staying at house. Thank you Myriam for everything.
