It’s spacious, perfect for a couple. The bed was very comfortable. Grocery store and restaurants with takeaway in one or two minutes walking distance.

The AC in the living room didn’t work but it was not a big deal. The beach was full of algae and we had to go other beaches nearby. Rent a car is recommended

Very fancy and clean apartment. The host was very attentive. Our flight was late in the evening and we received a complimentary late checkout Good wifi. There are shops and restaurants nearby.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay at the property. The great location, in close proximity to the beachfront, local supermarkets, and restaurants, made my experience even more delightful. The convenience of access to these amenities added significant value to our stay.

A little noise from the road, that is nearby the apartments

Perfect apartment, beautifully designed, clean, there is outdoor shower to wash up after the beach, the nearest beach is like opposite the apartment, not the Seychelles’s best one, but it’s ok. Close to Petite Anse beach (four seasons) which was the most enjoyable beach for us. There like 3-5 min walk supermarket and cafe Anchor, which was tasteful with interesting design. Bath robes, towels, beach towels-all provided and of nice quality, terrace is great to have your breakfast and chill at the evening. Nespresso coffee machine with pods provided for each day was excellent. Super friendly host, makes you feel like really valued guest!

This is not about the property - We were there at the beginning of December 2023 and the rain season kicked in hard :) Due to the seasonal change, there were a lot of seaweed at the beach. This is just nature, but it is something to be aware of. On the other hand, the beach was also not as clean (plastic packaging and bottles etc) compared to some other close by, maintained beaches. The beach may be nicer in other seasons, but we were a bit disappointed not to be able to just cross the road and take a morning dip as we had imagined. There are still other amazing baches close by though!

We stayed 8 nights at Nautilus, and during this time we also worked remotely for 5 days. The apartment was very comfortable, very spacious, it was possible for two people to work in separate rooms (one of the reasons we picked it) thanks to the desk in the bedroom. The internet speed was very good ( > 50Mbps on Wifi, and even faster on cable so bring a long ethernet cable if you like). My boyfriend was in video calls all day, with me on my laptop in the other room and for the most part it went smooth with his calls. Only a few times he experienced slowness and needed to turn off the video, but that seems to be the norm for most of Seychelles. Slyvia and Yannick are great hosts, very considerate, very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed their hospitality! The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. All the appliances are new and of good quaility. It is being cleaned daily by lovely cleaning staff. We felt very safe and comfortable. You can definitely see there is a lot of attention put to the details. Locationwise, the apartment is in south side of Mahe, in a more quiet setting (which was great for working). Just be aware, more touristic places like that Victoria and Beau Vallon are still minimum 30-40 minutes drive away. However there are great beaches in the south side, but you definitely need a rental car to visit those. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

Limited possibilities with restaurants around. Lucky that the local foodtruck was very good.

Well equipped apartment. Clean and fresh. Beds - very good. Parking, safe and just beside. Very closed to the wonderful beach. We travelled around the whole island and "our " beach was the best one! Very nice and helpful owners. Sylvia really wants to do her best. The local food truck was very good!

nothing at all - everything was perfect!

We felt as though we were truly in our home away from home - with the added bonus of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world right across the road from our apartment! We were on the top floor of the Nautilus building, with swaying palm trees in front of us, and a beautiful view of the mountains behind us. Everything in the apartment was immaculate. When we arrived Yannik the owner's parents welcomed us with fresh cold coconuts with straws, a special touch as we were hot and thirsty after a long flight! There was also a delicious ripe papaya, milk in the fridge, tea bags, instant coffee and sugar, salt and pepper and oil and vinegar in the well equipped kitchen, plus our favourite - a Nespresso coffee machine! The two en suite double bedrooms were spacious and the beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Soft fluffy white dressing gowns. Lovely spacious bathrooms with amenities, extra towels for swimming, plus washing machine which was useful as we were on a long stay. Cute little outside balcony to sit and have early morning coffee and watch the world go by. The apartment was serviced and cleaned every day which was greatly appreciated. Take a moment to appreciate the gorgeous orchids lovingly grown by Yannik's father. The owner Yannik was extremely helpful in answering our questions of where to eat out and shop for groceries. Air conditioning was very welcome as it was hot and humid outside. Television to watch a late night movie on Netflix if we felt like it. We hired a car and explored the whole island on the days when it was raining, highly recommended. All in all we had a fantastic stay and can 100% recommend this modern, clean, self-catering apartment for a fabulous family holiday.

Actually we like almost everything. There are just some tiny things that would make this place even better: A hair dryer would be a big plus. Some small bedside lamps.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was spacious and well equipped. Both rooms had air conditioning and a fan. The shower was maybe the best shower we ever had in any hotels or apartments. The pressure was great, there was a big rain shower head and a flexible hand shower. And the shower itself was so big, awesome. The towel were soft and still bright white. The round sunbed was cosy. A beautiful beach was not even 1min away. There were a lot construction zones in this area, but we haven't really heard anything.

There was no disposable toothbrush or toothpaste. There was also no washing machine.

Check-in to the room was earlier than the scheduled time. The owners of the apartments were helpful with various issues. Nearby is a nice beach and a good grocery store and a small vegetable market.

Great thank you for Yannick and team for creating a marvelous vacations for us! Clean, brand-new furniture. Free safe for belongings. Some sockets support plugs of different standards, so no adapters required. Car rent Western car rent - From 45 eur/day, car was delivered early morning the next day to the apartments. Sarifa is kind and helpful. We were given a keys for a gates and had a private parking :) Kitchen Stove with 2 burners. Set of utensils, pans & pots. Salt/pepper/oil for free. Microwave, toaster, fridge, tiny coffee machine. Exceeded our expectations. Climate control 2 air conditioners - in each of the rooms (bedroom and in the kitchen/dinner zone). 2 ventilators on the ceiling for managing air flows :) Bathroom Spacious & clean. A bunch of towels for all your needs. Shampoo & shower gel & conditioners for free. TV Modern, lots of channels. We took HDMI cable and watched films in the evenings. In July after 6 pm it is dark and there is not much you can do. WiFi Pretty stable & fast. Had some ping drawdowns, but anyway - good for Seyshelles. Take away at the beach and a shop just round the corner.
