Buffet was very expensive. 500 rupees. It's the "wrong" side of the island. All the better beaches are on the other side

Reception staff were amazing. Rooms were beautiful. Pool was great.

I booked the deal with breakfast. I stayed there for three days. First day they put on a buffet in breakfast which was a very limited variety. Second and third day, they didn't put any buffet and simply asked for ordering the breakfast which actually was very disappointing. No variety and no quantity also. Most disappointing part was the breakfast in hotel. Could have eaten breakfast from takeaways also.

The rooms and the resort are very good. Housekeeping kept good care of cleanliness in the room. The reception staff was also very cooperative and responsive.

The breakfast buffet was a bit poor and as it is a low season the staff wasn't filling properly the food. Some chewing dishes were empty or almost empty. The second day we got a set menu for breakfast but it was exactly the same like on the buffet the day before. No variety and the quality was also not the best

The water drainage pipe were not working properly.

The room was spacious. Staff were helpful and customer service was pretty good too. We enjoyed at pool and the Indian food was tasty. Breakfast was good too.

The room was cleaned everyday, the towels were decorated with flowers like hibiscus. The breakfast was very good, the pool was clean and we had a pleasant time by the pool. The stuff was very friendly and helpful!

No reception service after 10:00 pm . 2.no house keeping before 8:00am and after 6:00 pm . drinking water wont be refilled untill house keeping comes the next day. 3.excess time over and above check out time of 10:00 am will invite 100 euro penality 4.no room service 5.cocktails are sub-par. 6.food is below average 7.intolerant and inhospitable management. 8.Every request is a “No” .

Improve the English skills of the morning waiters. Include a breakfast menu so the guests know the options Cocktails could be a bit cheaper for their quality

We LOVED our stay at this hotel. Everything was great, the room was huge, comfortable, and super clean - it was cleaned every day, stocked up with shower gels, and even our clothes were sometimes folded or cleaned if requested. The terrace was amazing and big. The pool was big and the water perfect temperature. The staff was very polite, helpful and friendly we even got welcome drinks. The food was really good as well except the eggs in the morning were most of the time raw and morning waiters seemed a bit confused with very bad English. But all in all, it was a really good experience and if we come back to Seychelles we will definitely stay at this hotel. We stayed at different hotels during our vacation and this one was the best! Thank you!

The staff at the restaurant were overwhelmed during the gala dinner.The restaurant was packed with external guests and I was told wait to get a table. Thankfully Nerrick was there to assist us and made sure we were seated imediately. I would suggest for such an event to prioritise your inhouse guest first to avoid such inconvience for your guests and staff aswell. I am positive that you can provide a much better service in future.I will definitely come back.

The location is ideal as it is not too far from the airport The friendliness of the local staff is genuine The pool area is spacious and great to have a drink at the pool bar. The room was nice but could use some general maintenance check . Nerrick, Dominic and the lady who checked us in were nice and friendly.The lady who offered us a free laundry pressing. The maintenance guy who fixed our AC.The lady who did our check out.Well done to you all. We got a free lift to the airport which was simply WOW! You won't get this service anywhere else especially on such a busy day like New Year. Free champagne was given to all guest during dinner and at breakfast time aswell.Again simply WOW!!!
