Everything was perfect

Lovely hotel with incredible service!!! From the moment we stepped in we were welcomed by the wonderful boy at the desk. After such a long journey, they were so kind enough to offer us refreshing homemade tropical iced tea. We were so happy that the hotel was able to accomodate the early check in. The rooms are very spacious and immaculately clean. I would recommend to book the hotel as it has the most perfect view of the sunset!!

A very welcoming hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff. We were very comfortable as the team helped booked exursions and and gave plenty of advice. The beach was absolutely stunning, however the water was quite shallow and not good for swimming/ snorkeling. The location of a hotel is as described, just beautiful.

We have been very welcomed by Natasha and her team, they accommodated us amazingly and provided with all support we needed. The room was chosen for us with a lot of consideration (we have been traveling with a toddler) and the hotel itself had an amazing colonial vibe.

Small, quaint and lovely hotel by the beach. We were warmly welcomed by Natasha on arrival at the ferry terminal who handed us our car rental. She is a beautiful and kind soul and shows great attention to her guests. The hotel team is just as dedicated and is also friendly and helpful. Jabed from reception is also amazing. The rooms have a perfect view of the sunset.

A truly magical experience! This is a true treasure. From the moment you enter you feel immediately like family. We were welcomed by the manager, Natasha who is just a gem of a beautiful person. Her team including Jabed helped with helpful hints of the most beautiful spots of Praslin to visit. We fell in love with the charm of the colonial style architecture, the super clean, spacious rooms and the beachfront location of this property. The hotel offers car rental services which are of perfect condition. We would definitely recommend, and we will surely be back. Thank you team for your attention to details and kind hospitality.

Fantastic views over Grand Anse, quiet hotel and extremely helpful staff. Family room was excellent with 2 proper single beds for the children. Breakfast was great, fresh fruits, eggs and different sweet options each day. Natasha and Imran looked after us very well along with their team. Thank you!

The water wasn't the cleanest when we were there (only there 1 evening), I'm thus not sure if it's always like that or if it was just the sea tides. The staff at the restaurant is very limited (only 1 waiter) meaning that the service is limited as well. It some times takes time to actually receive attention and thus be served. Moreover, the breakfast is not a buffet, but it served. However, you don't have a choice of what is being served (except for drinks). The issue with this, for example for us, is that we were tight with time and couldn't just sit there and eat for 1h, so we asked the waiter if he could just bring everything to our table instead of treating it as separate courses. Lastly, he was bringing us (5 people) the same portions as the table next to us (2 people)... of course we had to continuously ask for extra food which was a bit frustrating.

We were a group of 5 friends and stayed 1 night in the family room. The room is clean and spacious, bathroom is also nice. The hotel is in the beautiful old colonial style, it has a pool and a beach right in front. From the beach you can see a beautiful sunset. The owner (or general manager) Natasha is really nice and accommodating, ready to provide a very good service. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was good quality. Breakfast is also good.

A very minor criticism would be to upgrade the towels in the room a little bit

Location is beautiful and Grande Anse is a great spot on Praslin. However, the best thing about this hotel is the people - absolutely fantastic- so friendly, so helpful. Special shout to Imran working in the restaurant- what a truly wonderful person. He made our stay special. Natasha the manager is also really, really nice and cannot do enough for you. This would be my prime place to stay on the island

Big time issues with the internet and cable connection also we had 3 beds and one bedsheet until we requested for it, no phones to call room service, no complimentary water too , notifying the above only cos we have used many hotels worldwide and have not faced such issues earlier and its generic feedback, but we still loved the place,

Loved the location and the staff who were extremely helpful and welcoming, jabir was great with his service, the breakfast was good too, the hotel was placed right on the beach and the pool was quiet clean too.

Natasha and her team are truly customer oriented. We felt there perfectly from the very first moment, and by that I mean from the moment Natasha welcomed us at the ferry port. It was so nice from her. Our room was huge and fresh. The food tasty and the cocktails just perfect. Wish we could stay much longer ;-).
