It was the nicest guesthouse we had in the Seychelles. The hosts are incredibly friendly and always helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean. The apartment has beautiful balconies and a very well equipped kitchen. Everything is very spacious and we just felt comfortable all around. The apartment is in a perfect location! Everything you need is within walking distance: Bus, Supermarket, Restaurants, TakeAways, Beach. It was an outstanding experience!

There was a problem with the card payment (the terminal had no connection) so after a few unsuccessful attempts, we needed to find an alternative solution but Aniela was very helpful and proactive with that. The big rooftop terrace could do with a bit of maintenance - there was a burnt black mat on the ground (which used to be articicial grass but got burnt by the sun) that looks rather horrible at this point and made our feet really dirty. It's time to throw it away :) The apartment is overlooking a busy road which gets quite a lot of traffic and noise (especially on the weekend).

The hostess, Aniela, was very helpful and kind. She gave us a lot of information about the island and the neighborhood, brought us fruit from the garden and helped with booking access to Anse Georgette. The apartment was huge and very comfortable. We were four adults and each couple had a floor to themselves with big bedrooms and separate bathrooms. There was a nice terrace we had breakfast in in the morning and another big terrace area we used in the evenings.

This was our favorite stay in the Seychelles. The house is amazing, spotless clean and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and in the house we found beach towels, flippers and even bodyboards. We really enjoyed the balconies and the big terrace as the view is simply amazing. The property also offers great privacy. Anse Volbert/Cote d’or beach was perfect in September (no wind, no seaweed) and it was only 7 minutes walking distance. Many nearby restaurants to enjoy and the bus stop is around the corner. Our host Aniella was very sweet and attentive. She gave us plenty of information upon arrival and she was always available. Thank you for the great hospitality and the lovely fruits!

The accommodation was very comfortable and we felt totally at home. Aniella went out of her way to ensure that our stay was fantastic! She helped with a complication in our airline booking, organised taxis and was able to assist with early check in. She was friendly and available for all our queries without being intrusive. The facilities were great, even beach towels were provided, and the house was within a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach and shops

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations

Anniella is an amazing host. She helped us with lots of tips like where to go and booked for us the most beautiful beach Anse Georgette. She pointed us to the stores where to buy groceries, where to find take out food. She helped us to decide how to travel around Praslin and provided us bus schedules. She explained us about the hiking spots and the view points in Praslin. Property is new, spotless clean, very well maintained furniture and great view towards the ocean. Bathrooms had big showers.

Very spacious and bright house with lovely views from both top balcony and the terrace. 10 minutes walk to the beach and closest supermarket,. Kitchen had all the utensils you need to cook .

Nothing really, it was the best accommodation we've had amongst the 3 we experienced in total on Praslin, La Digue and Mahe during 11 nights stay so we totally recommend Saria for your stay.

Amazing host, very kind, thoughtful, supportive, made our stay feel very comfortable and extremely pleasant. Our host has arranged car rental pick up and drop off to the jetty, gave us loads of useful tips on what to do on the island, where to go, where to eat etc. She can also arrange for day tours with trusted contacts so really there is nothing to worry about when you arrive here, you just have to enjoy your stay on the island:) Great location, 8 min walking distance to Anse Volbert beach area with take aways, supermarkets and restaurants Spacious apartment, with lovely terrace, balcony, all the necessary equipment you need for a smooth longer term stay.

Everything was OK!

Everything was great!!! Aniella is an excellent host, she is so friendly! She was helping us everytime we needed, she was always on touch with us at she did everything to make us feel happy! The house is very clean, cozy, and there is a pleasant sight from the hill. The kitchen has all the equipment you need, Wi-fi is good, and we liked that there wasn't any noise from other places nearby. So we slept very well. We were pleased to stay here and we want to return!!!

We loved the host, she is the sweetest person. She helped us with arrangements and gave us good tips. The apartment is really nice as well, it is clean and spacious. The view and 3 terraces are amazing. Wifi is working great, and it is around 5min walk from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

WiFi connection was low and unstable, but I think on Praslin it's a common problem.

Wonderfull villa with a beautiful view. 5 mins walk to the main beach on Praslin, stores, food ATM was close. All furniture and home appliance were in place to cook at home. Hostess Daniella and her husband Samuel were very helpful and nice! He did a great job to help us with organization of tours, restaraunts, photographer, car rental, and much more.

We’ ve stayed with my friends for 3 nights. We’ re fron Russia 🇷🇺 The house is very big, comfortable and so clean! There’s NO any bedbugs as we read in previous review! The hostess was very friendly and caring to us. The location is comfortable to beach, nearest shops and restaurants too. This place’ s really paradise 🏝

It looked nice in the photos, but when we arrived our expectations were exceeded. The apartment is newly renovated, absolutely clean and furnished with a lot of love. The beds were made daily. The location is perfect, 5 minutes to the beach, a little above a hill with a breathtaking view of the Anse Volbert. The landlady Annielle was just lovely. We would have loved to stay longer and will definitely come back.

Not a single bad word.

The host is extremely friendly and helpful. She provided us plenty of useful information about the surroundings, we had many nice chats with her, and she even surprised us with fruits almost every day! She took good care of us, and also made sure that the house remained clean every day. The house is simply perfect. To mention a few things: It is extremely spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped and the bedroom had a perfect view on the entire area. All in all, we highly recommend this place. We would come back here without thinking.

Everything was great

Very clean and nice apartment with a great location. We had an excellent stay at this place and can highly recommend it. Apartment is very well equipped and views from the upper bedrooms balcony are great! Anniella was very catering hostess, helped us organize a good car rental on short notice, gave advice on what to do on the island, recommended restaurants nearby and made reservations for us. She was very attentive host and even brought us a fresh coconut as a surprise :) One bad review here complaints of bugs in the apartment, we stayed after that and can attest the apartment was very clean and free of any bugs. It is likely the reviewers were bitten by sandflies on Praslins beaches, as the bites are quite unnoticeable and only start to itch hours later...

The place was great, the host was helpful and brought us coconuts during our stay! The house is clean, big, and in a nice area. When we arrived there was a problem with the telecom company so the wifi wasn't working, but our host gave us a hotspot through her phone to use all day. I highly recommend this place!
