The temperature in the gym was a little bit higher than normal. It was very hard to do cardio exercises in this kind of humidity and warm climate. So I suggest you spend a little more effort to make your gym more comfortable for visitors from the north )

Honestly, it was one of our best experiences or our travels so far, and we traveled a lot. As we arrived after a long flight, Elna (hope I am spelling this name correctly) helped us making us very comfortable until the checking hours. More than this, Abdelfattah, this awesome guy from reception helped us with everything we needed and made our stay more pleasant. The resort has everything you want, the staff is very friendly and detail oriented to customers. The room was very clean, and spacious, bed was comfortable and the balcony with the pool view was great. The breakfast was very varied with a lot of tasty options to choose from, even if we are picky eaters, we found it very good. The pool is very big and clean, and it was not crowded. The beach is just in front on the resort and they have sunbeds and bar services.

Abdelfattah made us a really nice offer, upgrading our standard room to a suite. We have been really happy for this choice and we will be happy to come again next time. All the facilities are super nice and the location as well. The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional

it was so perfect , much better than expected. place, restaurant and beach was so great. really recommend this hotel especially for family. and all staff was great. especially want to thank abdelfattah who is helpful always and welcome, kindly helps us for every request, especially my 10 years son got sick. he helped us. and sheldon also very kind and even helped us to carry our luggage to our room.

Will be better to have also breakfast options like a croissant and a cappuccino rather than the gorgeous breakfast, really impressive and with amazing quality, but costing too much if some one want just a bite

Amazing stay in the hotel, great facilities and exceptional service. We specifically would like to mention Kimberley and Abdelfattah for their help. They did for us late check out which was really helpful since our flight was significantly delayed and helped with excursions orders. The hotel is strongly recommended!

The hotel had a strong smell of dampness, including the rooms and the hallways, The pool food menu was slim and not inviting, even the larger menu just didn't fit the pool environment, and not to forget - really expensive. Also some pool shaders aren't mobile and can't be rotated due to lack of maintenance and rust.. We had to move beds to find shade during the day.

The breakfast had a variety of options, the pool was nice. The staff were really nice, helped with all of our requests, gave us a late checkout room due to our flight getting delayed. The location was great, the beach access is great and the food options around were nice. Overall the hotel is great!

There was a smell of mold in the room. We asked to switch rooms, but even the other room had this smell.

Comfortable big rooms, near the beach, nice green garden, nice peaceful view from the room, spa with a pool and sauna, good well-equipped gym, accommodating staff and excellent service, good breakfast even though expensive.

Very good location and very helpful stuff. The rooms are spacious and clean. Mr. Abdelfattah was most kind and sorted out a room for a few hours due to our late flight. All the stuff in the grand savoy breakfast were helpful and exceptional.

Despite some flight cancellations dampening our Seychelles holiday, Savoy, particularly Ms. Aliya, ensured we departed on a high note. They orchestrated a delightful beachside breakfast to celebrate our little one's first birthday, showcasing remarkable attention to detail. A special thanks to Mr. Sergey for accommodating our late-night flight with an extended checkout, which was a lifesaver while traveling with a one-year-old. The true gem of Savoy lies not only in its facilities but also in its staff. Every team member exudes warmth and hospitality. Zin( sorry if I am not taking the name right) from the Gecko bar went above and beyond, arranging tables both indoors and on the beach to accommodate Seychelles' unpredictable weather. Even though we found twice our door open the staff took a good care of the problem. Very helpful was especially Sir Abdelfattah. He has done a follow up every day.For the rest of the stay we haven’t had any issues and we could enjoy the resort.
