The overall apartment with location and views, everything was exceptional here. The highlight was the host Cindy herself who was really helpful with a lot of details needed for our trip. One more thing to highlight was the cleaning process of the apartment which was so good that everyday when we returned back from our long day we found everything cleaned and in place. The whole experience for 3 nights was lovely for us. Highly recommended for people visiting Praslin and are under a decent budget.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! Cindy was an amazing host, ready to help us with all information. Our apartment was very clean, we had an amazing ocean view, internet was very fast. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, and we definitely come back.

Cindy was so sweet and caring. I had to text her at 4 ambecause i did not know what to do with my tooth pain. She answered me and kept checking on the whole time. The villa is very clean and in a great location few minutes close to many leisures around.

Very spacious and connected to the private beach. The beach is nice to lounge on, I haven’t tried swimming there. The island is small, so it’s easy to drive around with a car. There are supermarkets and restaurants close by.

Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Rooms were cleaned daily and we really appreciated the complimentary laundry service. Really relaxed and loved the easy access to the beach. Loved our sunset beach walks.

EVERYTHING!!! It has the best views ever, the property is well prepared with all the amenities and super clean, very nice and spacious rooms and living room, balcony practically touching the beach. The best is the property owner, Cindy and her family. They have been extremely kind and welcoming and treated us like family.

The property is right on Grand Anse which is on the quiet side of the island. However, if you wanted to spend time on the busier other side of the island, or any other part of it for that matter, the bus service is efficient, frequent and cheap and there is a bus stop right outside of the property. Also, Cindy, the host, was extremely pleasant and very helpful. If we are ever back on Praslin again we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Seashell Beach Villa.

All was perfect

I slept mostly in the floor because the bed was too short for me. My height is 200 cm. The rooms were amazing. It was so clean and the furniture, room design and the quality was the best. I would definitely go and visit it again in the future. The peach was right in front of the hotel, so every time we looked outside the window we saw it. Also the peach was really calm, pretty and very clean. It was a private place. It was rare to see people walking by. The markets were really close so we could go and buy everything we liked. The owner also had two big turtles in the yard who we could feed and pet. The whole experience was truly amazing. The whole hotel was so beautiful and done with big care and love. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants peace and quiet in beauty. In the kitchen was perfect equipment. We could made all we needed.

The position, right at the sea, with private beach, the cleanliness and the rooms were amazing. The host was amazing and helped us with everything we asked. I sincerely recommend this villa, it’s the best option you can make in Praslin.

For large persons the bed might be a bit short. Other than that everything was just perfect!

Perfect accommodation right at the beach with good access to shops and busstation. Apartment is super clean with great space and a beautiful view to the beach, which can be easily accessed. The host Cindy is the nicest person, she and her family are very helpful and super sweet. Would highly recommend!

The villa is simply amazing. Located right on the beach, it’s easy to get around. It’s also very beautiful, surrounded by amazing plants and flowers and extremely clean. I 100% recommend staying there if you are in Praslin!

The only thing i did not like was water was provided to drink on first day as complimentary along with welcome drink , however we expected on all days that water would be provided it was not and we had to buy.

Free Wifi , Host Cindy treated us really good and guided us . The property is awesome they do have 2tortise in their garden . Beach access is amazing .we loved the collections of sea shells in and around the place . Very neatly maintained

Excellent place, clean, beautiful territory, private beach area. Bus stop just at the entrance, couple of grocery shops and restaurants in the close proximity. Cindy is an excellent host, very attentive and helpful. Definitely can recommend the place.

Only a few minor issues: Parking is directly off the street, so it can be a little tricky to pull out; we didn't have paper towels in the kitchen.

Great location on the beach, with enough lounge chairs for all guests and lots of shade options. Our garden view room was large, with a good size kitchen, seating area, patio, and bedroom. Ceiling fans in the bedroom and seating area were nice, as was the AC unit in the bedroom. Rooms were cleaned each day too.
