Although the beds were not the most comfortable, the overall comfort of the accommodation was satisfactory, and I appreciated having a comfortable living space to unwind after a day of adventure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Drake Seaside Studio Apartments, and I can confidently say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the charming little pool area with direct beach access. It provided the perfect setting for relaxation, offering stunning views of the ocean and a tranquil atmosphere. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and I enjoyed spending lazy afternoons lounging by the water’s edge. One of the standout features of Drake Seaside Studio Apartments is the excellent snorkeling facilities. The diversity of marine life just steps away from the property was truly remarkable. The studio apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, with a fine kitchen that had all the necessary amenities for preparing meals. The staff at Drake Seaside Studio Apartments were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. The thorough cleaning of the room was also commendable, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout my stay. The host is very kind, we had a great time and enjoyed everything. The flat is very good furnished, clean and tidy. There is a nice small pool and a good ocean view from the garden. The beach is a few minutes away.

We were taken care personally by Danielle. Very hospitable and informative. Infact we had a detailed information on the island with respect all the elements needed for someone visiting for the first time. Must say the information book had all the needful details for the island of Seychelles. Really an Excellent host, with a private beach and pool cannot ask for more. A supermarket next door was the icing on the cake. Would recommend this for all Budget travelers. Awesome host.

The only minor remark to mention is that the sealing of the windows and doors are not the best, so the noises from outside can be heard.

The communication and check-in/out was going really smoothly with Danielle and she handled everything in a flexible manner. She was always present and helped us with our questions whenever needed. Also the fact that there is a small grocery shop right next to the apartment is a huge pro. One of the most beautiful beaches of Mahe (Beau Vallon Beach) is 5-10 minutes of walk from there. The apartment itself was spotless with daily house cleaning (which was a pleasant surprise) and had every appliance needed.

It would have been nice to have proper blinds ok the main balcony doors to block some of the sun light in the early morning.

The property was well-located, decently spaced and very well equipped, had all the amenities and more than the basic utensils and appliances (i.e.: Microwave, Washing Machine, Baking Glassware.. etc) The location was convenient, only 10 meters away from a decent supermarket where everything can be found, also 15 meters away from a bus station that makes the capital Victoria only 25 short minutes away. There is a small secluded beach just below the property, as well as a small pool on property itself with the desk overlooking the sea front. The famous Beau Vallon beach area is only a 15 minutes walk from there via a shortcut that the locals would be more than happy to show you. Inside the apartment you will find plenty of posters to promote local businesses that offer good deals on food delivery and airport transfer services at the best rates. The staff were quite kind and helpful and the host was professional, welcoming and friendly, cleaning was offered everyday and towels were changed every 2 days, they even offered a beach towel and a welcome care package that consisted of a few basic items in the fridge, a couple of water bottles and soap in the bathroom, along with dishsoap and a sponge.

Very clean and furnished apartment with everything you need for a perfect stay. Strategic location considering that the apartments are located 5 minutes walk from the wonderful Beau Vallon beach. Parking available inside the property and small supermarket right in front. Kayaks available to guests and the staff is always friendly and willing to provide useful directions and help when needed.

The location can be considered far from a lot of things if you do not have a car but the bus station is close.

Generally good location with a very nice host & superbly clean apartment. Private parking with your own gate and a grocery store infront of your apartment is a big plus. Close to the Beau Vallon Beach although we recommend to rather go to Intendance -> much better! :) They also left some small amenities (toast & cheese among other things) which is good when you just arrive and are tired to do other stuff.

The location is at the beginning of beau vallon so you need to walk a bit to get to the restaurants and markets. But it is very safe and you are next to the bus stop.

The Drake Seaside Studio Apartments is in a perfect position, close to Beau Vallon Beach. The room was cleaned daily, thoroughly and accurately. Everything in the room was very nice and meticulously maintained. Very nice room terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. In particular, I would like to underline Danielle’s kindness, who had the room ready for us when we arrived at 8 a.m. Car is suggested.

There is really not a single thing that we could hold against Drake apartments. This is one of those studios/aparments that simply will fulfill all the needs for most of the travelers.

Walking in the evening to the hotel can be uncomfortable - there are no sidewalks on a few segments of the road from the Beau Vallon area. This is definitely not a hotel's fault.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She helped us to arrange a rental car while we were struggling to book it by ourselves. It is possible to pay with a card at the hotel. The room (it is more an apartment) has everything you need to spend time next to the seaside in comfort - a small kitchen, a huge balcony, king-size bed, a table if you need to work a bit during your vacation, a washing machine. There are plates and cutlery in the kitchen. A small grocery shop is right next to the building, so you can buy things you need without going somewhere. The room is nicely decorated and spacious. It was cleaned almost every day. The hotel has its kayaks and a small beach - you can go kayaking from there. The beach is not suitable for swimming - during the high tide you can go snorkeling there but be aware of sea urchins - there are plenty of them not far from the shore. Beau Vallon - most probably, one of the best beaches on Mahe - is a 10min walk from the hotel. The host has a small playful dog - we enjoyed playing with him. We enjoyed staying there and believe that it doesn't make sense to pay for a resort on Beau Vallon. Conditions are comparable with a 4-star hotel. On the day of departure, the owner put our luggage in a separate room where it was stored and allowed us to take shower before the long flight. It is a great solution for those who have a flight in the evening.

This is one of the best self catering appartment in town, big appartment everything is brand new spotless clean with a fully equipped kitchen and a grocery store next door. The host is very kind and hospitable and offer us to use his cannu boat for free. The shower in the appartment has always hot running water, which is not always found in self catering appartment The location of the appointment is the best over on of the best shores of the osland
