Avoid staying at the bottom floor, old, dark and unpleasant. Fortunately we could change to the 1st floor. Quite a difference.

We had a really nice time in Villa Bedier, it was the best apartment during our stay in Seychelles. The staff was extremely helpful and they cleaned the room every day. We were travelling with our little daughter so cleanliness is very important to us but we were fully satisfied. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the beach, shops are in the neighbourhood, restaurants and great take-aways are also very close. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, nice furnitures on the terrace, perfect for relaxation and excellent view to the ocean.

The time was not enough to see all beautiful places which the island have it.

The location is close to the Cote d'Or beach. Lina and Basil the persons which take care about us during our stay there are very friendly and helpful, they help us with the car hire and also with the trip to all nice islands around Praslin. The trip cost start from 50 until 100 euro per person and depend which location you want to visit. Next to the door it is an A1 Supermarket where you can buy everything what you need regarding food and drinks, where you can pay with card or cash. At the entrance of location it is the exchange office with good rate of exchange currency. Along the street are few restaurants and one food bus where they serve delicious creole food. To be able to visit the most famous beaches in Praslin, Ans Lazio and Ans Georgette you need to rent the car, or you can use taxi. Lina arrange a taxi travel for us to the ferry in the day when we leave. Thank you Lina for everything! I warmly recommend this location and we will come back there for sure.

We loved our apartment, everything was there and we especially liked the big balcony! The apartment is in a good location, short distance to bus, restaurants, next to house is supermarket and across the road is the beach where you can start trips to turtle island and snorkel.

Aparrently payment by card is only possible from 8am to 5pm daily. We were not told that at check-in and it was complicated to pay by card but possible in the end. AC only in bedroom so the living room/kitchen is very hot.

Big apartment, very close to the beach. Very clean and lots of equipment available. Including olive oil (vinegar, salt, pepper)! Free laundry service.

The stay extended my expectations. Very quiet and convenient place in the great location , close to the grocery stores,restaurants/take-aways, ATM, bus stop etc. Lovely stuff who took care about everything. Quiet area, I slept like a baby. Easy to commute to visit an island. Great value for the price. I stayed on the first floor, at the back,apartment no#5 . I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

A little old style interiors and out dated interior. Must work on it to make it a perfect place to be in.

Good Location... Just opposite the beach and free parking. Well equipped kitchen. Very well situated - supermarket and other stores just right next to the hotel. Made the car available at the ferry terminal. Over all a good experiance

Very comfy, big apartment with huge balcony, 1 minute away from the beach. Maybe it doesn't have the most sophisticated deco and furniture, but it was pristine clean every day. It is the best value for money we had at Seychelles. The owner are also very easy going, they are there if you need them, otherwise they don't interfere at all. The kitchen was fully equipped and exclusive for us.

Villa bedier is conveniently placed close to the beach. The staff keep it super clean! You basically have a small apartment with a stove and fridge and even a coffee maker. We were able to settle in really nice there. Exceptional value for money.

No real complaints this was a great quiet location, only a couple of things to note, the Villa access is down a short lane way and has no sea view but is only a 20m walk to the beach. Water pressure in the bathroom showers was very weak. Also needed to step up into the shower recess may not be good if you have bad knees.

Excellent location in the centre of the Cot d Or village, close to restaurants, atm, little supermarket. We stayed in the 4 bedroom Villa, it is very large and spacious, 4 bedrooms downstairs with 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom, all with air conditioning and fans and safes. Lovely large verandah with couches and tables to sit. Easy parking we had 2 cars. Villa is cleaned every day. Decor is like stepping back into the 80s but all comfortable and very relaxing.
