We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe breakfast was very English and there were few options to eat. But I’m not much of a breakfast person anyway so it was not a huge deal to me.
The beach is just breathtaking. I never got sick of the view and I really liked the layout of the hotel. You have the option to stay in a common hotel room with a stunning beach view, you can stay at a suite in the beach villa or you can have a little hut with a garden view.

Room was fine, nothing special, the fridge did not work at all. Small novelty type bar fridge inside the cupboard. The heat inside the cupboard and lack of airflow I think is the problem. Did nothing to my drinks etc. Location is amazing, you cannot be closer to the beach. Food was very good, beer was ice cold, restaurant and bar is bit expensive, but I guess this is to be expected when you have this type of venue. Staff was great, hosts too, and also my airport transfer guy. Very pleasant and drove very well in some nice cars.

SwedenThe staff in charge of the place was a bit reserved and not open and friendly as the staff working in the kitchen or cleaning, this took the experience down a bit. While breakfast was good the cooked food was below expectations and not close to alternative restaurants nearby. Everything closed early, it would have been nice and cozy being able to zip a drink at 21 while hearing the waves hitting land.
After upgrading our room from the simpler one we got the experience we were looking for, but at double the price. The breakfast was good!

PolandThe hotel should think of more detailed cleaning of the apartment. The water pressure in the shower was sometimes very low.
We stayed in the Suite with the central stunning view on the beach. The suite was spacious with nice wooden furniture. We loved the location - directly at one of the most beautiful, safe and peaceful beaches on Mahe Island. The additional "plus" was a small ranch with large turtles next to the hotel parking - our kids loved it.

Mauritius• Reception (ignorance) •Staff from the bar not paying attention to any guest. • Sunday buffet (no a la carte) I did manage to order something but the food was awful 😫 I could cry when the food came 😢 all that because I insisted of ordering from a la carte as my husband was not well. • Pool was not good for 7 days as receptionist told it will be good in two days • Offer staff some treats and the weird manager come after and take it from them in front of me. (That's absolutely ridiculous as I worked in hotel industry as well and I know how it works)
My stay was perfect with the eldest waitress (forget her name) who was an absolutely amazing woman who is very attentive to your request. Also the two Nepal housekeeping who is very keen and nice. Awesome bed deco.
