I had a wonderful stay at the Villa Face Mer Appartement in Praslin, thanks to the excellent host, Arnaud. He speaks English and French fluently, which made communication seamless for me. The location of the villa near the beach is breathtaking, and the view from the balcony overlooking the beach is simply amazing Arnaud went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing me with great tips and insights about the area. His friendly and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. The villa itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The proximity to the beach was a definite plus, and I enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings. I can't recommend Arnaud and Villa Face Mer Appartement enough. Parking space is not the same as on the pictures - multiple houses have built behind the villa and you are parking here and there where you can. Some solar powered small lamps would be nice at the parking area as it can be really dark after sunset and parking is difficult after a long day. I also recommend to book the apartment on the 1st floor if you can, as the villa is next to the main street.

The villa was very huge and comfortable, clean - same as on the pictures, good quality for the price. The host and his family is really nice - early checkin was allowed us after letting the host know in advance, which was a huge plus for relaxed and safe first day on Praslin. We also got a detailed guidiance and tips about Praslin when we arrived which was amazing. The morning view to the sea was amazing.

The Villa Face Mer exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well equipped and the terrace was amazing. Good with two bathrooms located one for each bedroom. We hade the apartment on the groundlevel which has a nice garden. The host Arnaud, was very helpful and informed us about beaches good for swimming, snorkling, restaurants, take aways, supermarkets etc. Always with a smile. We do think it is helpful to rent a car while on Praslin as it is much to explore and for shopping etc. We rent a car on Arnauds advice by Solace car rental, which Arnaud helped us with. Tessier the owner of Solace was also very helpful and everything with the car worked perfect. We very much recommend to stay at the Villa!

We did not know there would be room cleaning every other day. It would be good to indicate it in advance so that we were prepared. My friend has a different way from mine regarding the use of towels.

The terrace of the Villa is really gorgeous. As many reviewers say, you cannot really swim in front of the Villa, but the view at sunrise and sunset is very beautiful. The Villa is also quite close to Anse Lazio, by far the best beach of Praslin. The street outside is not very noisy, unless some cars playing loud music pass by. It did not bothered us. The Villa is well equipped and has everything you need. Arnaud organized a rental car for us, which worked perfectly, and gave us useful suggestions for our stay.

Well equipped and very nice apartment on the upper floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full equipped kitchen, safe, balcony and fantastic sea view. Very clean and tidy. Although road in front of the house very calm (especially during night time). No moskitos during our stay. Great host (friendly and very supportive in all matters, lots information about Praslin). Top location right at the Anse Posession with short distances to Anse Lazio and Anse Volbert (rental car recommended, bus station near the house). Giant turtles in neighbours‘ garden.

Nothing major - but washing detergent in a salt mug could be risky, very limited welcome stuff, and rusty drying frames mark clothes.

Wonderful position - Almost perfect; superb beach (one of many), quiet road to all parts of the island. Lovely balcony. Showers spacious and spotless Friendly and well informed host. Great Excursions including Curieuse. Mama's takeaway close by and a real find. Raffles beach bar close and great if you want to push the boat out.

We stayed at Villa Face Mer for five nights and enjoyed it immensely. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The location is fantastic - right opposite the beautiful Anse Possession beach. Arnaud is a very kind owner. He went out of his way to make our trip a most pleasurable one, giving us lots of advice regarding where to go, what to do, where to shop and where to eat. We fell in love with our spacious, comfortable accommodation with two bedrooms and balcony overlooking the sea. We'd definitely recommend this place, and would stay again.
