Ricky is an awesome host, he took great care about us all the time. He is very helpful and he grows the best papayas in the world in his garden :) thank you! The place is spotlessly clean! There was nothing missing in the appartment. The terrace has an amazing view, the road is near but it is a very quit one. There is a private parking included. There are some bus stops near by, but it is better to have a car on this side of the island (as the road is very steep).

Ricky is such a nice host and the property is amazing. The view will leave you breathless. There’s a supermarket nearby and also a nice beach. If you’re planning to stay more than one night, my advice would be to rent a car.

Everything was perfect!

The accommodation was perfect! Super clean, fully equipped (even if I needed something Ricky was more than happy to provide the things I asked for), modern, and spacious. The view from the balcony was spectacular!!! Ricky was very nice and helpful He even organised a taxi from / to the airport for my parents and was updating me on their journey! Much appreciated! Shops and some take away restaurants are a short walk away. So is a bus stop!

Actually everything was good, maybe the kitchen equipment, which is a bit short, but if you don't plan to cook, there is plenty.

The host and his family are very nice and friendly. Ricky went out of his way to answer all our questions (we are very curious so this is a big task :D) The accommodation is comfortable and much better than we imagined. Spacious, large rooms and surrounded by modern facilities and surroundings. The beautiful views and the pleasant breeze overrides the heat. We recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and come "home" to a pleasant environment.

The oceanview out of the „Conception“ flat was quite stunning. The host was very friendly and offered us a Coconut drink at the beginning, one day later we got fresh bananas from his garden. It was very clean, modern and tidy. Two identical Bedrooms with two bathrooms. Very few Moskitos around in the evening on the balcony.

The apartment is situated on a lovely hill where you can witness some superb sunsets and a panoramic view of the ocean. It is a lovely feeling to wake up to that view in the morning. Everything was super clean and comfy and Ricky is very welcoming and ready to help. He arranged our transfers from the airport, gave us important info regarding the island and the bus schedule as we didn't rent a car. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The bus is going from Port Launay to Victoria, the capital city so you can get to the best beach in the area and also to the main hiking trails (Morne Blanc and Copolia).

It’s in the perfect location, close to shops, beaches and attractions with beautiful views and the most spectacular sunsets. The hosts are super friendly and always there if you need anything. There is no direct access to a beach (the nearest is a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive) still everything else makes up for it! I would recommend to stay here a few nights to discover the south and west coast on Mahé and also to stay a few nights in the north to discover that part of Mahé and Victoria.

Ricky is the friendliest and most flexible host you can imagine. Our stay was (unfortunately) cut one day short and we arrived very late, still Ricky made us feel very welcome in our the spacious accommodation. The rooms are large and spotless clean, there were two bathrooms, and the large balcony has a "million dollar view" over the magnificent Anse l'Islette, reefs and nearby Therese Island. It is only a short drive from beaches, shops, restaurants, snorkeling spots, trails and two waterfalls. It is also a great location to discover Mahés west and south coast for a couple of days.

Absolutely nothing!!

Our flight landed in the very early hours and Ricky was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early so this was a big plus which made a difference right from the beginning. He also welcomed us with some fresh coconuts! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable with absolutely breathtaking views over L'Islette and Therese islands. We made sure to be back in the apartment for sunset every night. The kitchen has everything you need for self catering stay. The nearby Sekaar Port Glaud shop is also surprisingly well stocked up. The apartment was clean to a great standard through out our stay and towels (as well as beach towels) refreshed when needed. The location on the west coast is great! Ricky gave us some great tips on what to see and he also organised some activities for us which we all really enjoyed. Thank you!! The service through out our stay was truly exceptional. Ricky and his family went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We'd highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Seychelles!! We hope to come back one day.

The only thing we didnt like was the road nearby, but from the other side it was convenient, when we wanted to go hiking to the forest.

Western Ocean Breeze is a real gem offering amazing views on Therese and Conception islands and its amazing surroundings from its generous balcony. The apartment is brand new, sparkly clean, very spacious with a well equipped kitchen, a nice Smart TV and a fast internet connection, offering plenty of speed for all you streaming needs (Netflix, Prime, Youtube etc). And the only thing matching the lovely apartment and its amenities is the owner Ricky, always ready to help and advise. The bus station (for bus 14) is just across the street to take you to the lovely Port Launey beach (that we cannot recommend enough) or to Victoria. We will definitely return to Western Ocean Breeze, its amazing views and its owner Ricky, which we already consider as a friend.
