The price is a little bit high for a 12-hours stay. The room is a bit narrow.

5 minutes walk to the departure gates located at Terminal 1. There are complimentary meals during our 12-hours stay so that we do not need to search for foods other than just resting before flight.

It’s my 2nd stay at Aerotel but because of my age (83) I don’t think I will stay again because of the distance I had to walk with overnight bags from Arrivals in Terminal 3 to Aerotel in Terminal 1, it’s just too far for an old person and even though I tried to get/book a buggy to take me I had great difficulty in finding anyone to help me.

Breakfast good, I only stayed overnight so just anted a comfortable bed and quiet and the hotel provided both

Place was great and a great option as a transit location. Topside pool was a welcome addition as well as the free food.

We have to pay for two rooms as we have two small children when we only end up using one of the rooms. It would be far better for us to be able to book just one room.

We love the pool and the outdoor bar area. The check-in process was really easy and the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the comfort of the beds and will definitely be staying again on future trips.

The 24h nature of the hotel meant that we had some disturbance from housekeeping making up the room next door in the middle of the night. Its also obvious but for a light sleeper ask for a room not facing the runway to minimise take off/landing noises during the night.

The hotel is quite basic and too pricey for what it is. The supplies in the room was bare minimum. We were given one complimentary meal per person and the lady serving our meals was wearing hot denim shorts and she scratched her thighs multiple times before handing us the plates.

The location is great, not hard to find, with shops and Starbucks located directly in the level below. The room is of decent size and bed was comfortable. The dinning area was very nice overlooking Scoot/Singapore airlines planes.

The breakfast I would miss had a very unusual sausage and some funny look ham/chicken.

Booked to stay as we had a layover and didn’t want to head into Singapore. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. It had a view straight into the runway. It’s not the cheapest place to stay but very convenient. There is a lovely pool to use but unfortunately when we used it the rain came down.

Needs a sign at the bottom of the escalator to assist tired travelers.

Located in Terminal 1 of Changi so no need to clear customs. It’s located up the escalators to the right of gate D41. Great place to rest between flights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary tooth brushes and large shower helped getting refreshed. Has a pool and bar.

The complementary meals looked a bit unappetising so we didn't partake. The food in the pool bar was very good though.

Extremely clean and comfortable room. We were allowed to register at reception and then wait in the pool area until our designated check-in time. The hotel staff were very proactive about advising the optimum check-in time for our flight times. With a layover of 17 hours this was the ideal place to stay.
