There was maintenance works going on in the block of rooms that we were assigned first(1am) very loud drilling. We asked for a different room. (That was fixed straight away)

The staff were very attentive and helpful. Check-in was easy and the Hotel is in a convenient location. We did have an issue with the first room allocated, but the staff immediately found us a much more quiet room in a different block. The room was clean and meals were included. Staying in transit was a much easier option.

The only issue we have is that for two adults and two small children, one room would be fine. We had to book a second room which we didn't use at all as we all need to sleep in the same room. It would be a lot better if families with young children had the option to only book one room.

Excellent check and helpful staff. Pool is great and the free meals and drinks are good. The location is perfect.

Just a little difficult to find. The name Transit Hotel on the signs confused us.

The hotel was hard to find and at the other end of the airport from the terminal where we came in. Airport personnel didn't know where it was so it took a long time to get there, including a 20-minute bus ride around the terminals.

It was clean and had comfortable beds, and very quiet- surprising since it was at the airport.

Clean, modern accommodation for long in transit stop-overs between flights. Great breakfast included in their own restaurant.

Price for a 12-hour block is too high for the facility being offered. (You can just pay for a 6-hr block which is half the price, if you think a 5-hr sleep after a shower is good enough.)

Comfy and big beds; good bathroom; nice & quiet -- That's all you need for a sleep between flights.

We do NOT understand how this mistake could have been made - WHY would we have booked those hours????.....

The staff were amazing, especially considering that when we arrived at Aerotel Singapore after a long flight, we were told that our booking was from 7am til 8pm, and therefore we had lost the booking!!!!! Considering the fact that we were still at leave at 7am, we were at a loss to understand how this happened;.....thanks to the great staff, we were accommodated and slept very confortably....

The corridors were dark and gloomy and it was very expensive for such a basic room and facility. The complimentary meals were not very nice.

The price! A bit steep. Also, no spinner in changing rooms of swimming pool. This would be handy for those in transit. Also, they should provide not just body wash but shampoo and conditioner. Their clientele are almost all in transit and have no access to this.
