We are family with 4 people. It is perfect we can have one room for all of us. The location of the hotel is good, just near Bugis MRT station and shopping area. It was easy to get taxi too. Beware of the stairs to the room as they are steep and dark. But it wasn't a problem for us at all. Just walk carefully.

Stairs, no lift and hard to get bags up to room. Rooms have no windows and were a bit stale.

Great location next to Bugis St Market and shops. 24hr reception and helpful staff. The internet was great, and desk came with a monitor. Having common Laundry facilities and a kitchenette made it a comfortable stay with everything I needed.

Tight stairs going up to the building. One of the toilet area smelled and probably got mould. Not too clean overall. Says soundproof walls but could hear neighbors outside and even neighbor room snoring. Ac is just above the bed which means I have to change the bed side otherwise the ac would shoot me the whole night.

Near to bugis station. My room was more inside so no sound from the street even though the area is a tourist place with traffic. Good price for the location and ok for a solo traveler.

Very good and covenient location. Very close to Bugis shopping centre, 7-11 next door, close to other main destinations. It's good what you have some privicy, despite the fact that it is more like hostel Price is quite big, but considering it's Singapore...it's a good deal for a couple days

The room wasn't insulated at all, making it pretty warm and loud. Our room was on the side next to a busy street, so the noise was really like I'm sleeping on the sidewalk. Because the window basically had a hole, AC didn't help for a long time with cooling. The bathroom smelled bad.

The location is excellent. The price is great, considering everything in Singapore is expensive. The bed was comfortable, albeit it's a bit difficult to climb up to it. Overall a good acomodation for a budget traveler. They have gaming computers, if for some reason you want to game while on vacation.

One of the few affordable locations in Sing Still it comes at the cost of extremely small rooms no pvt bathrooms and rather limited facilities

Beds are not safe for kids bec each bed are elevated. I think they're 6 ft tall from the ground.

- Awkward room layout results in the lighting on the desk being subpar (it's right under the bed, and there's nothing but a USB lamp to illuminate the desk). - The aircon is situated in a corner opposite the bed and desk, making its effect difficult to reach where you stay the most. - The room facing the road can be a tad noisy during busy hours. - No lift, hence not very luggage-friendly, especially if you stay on the 3rd floor. - The soundproofing is subpar. I can easily hear my neighbours' activities.

+ Amazing location, just next to Bugis Street. + Superb price for the location. + Nice and cosy common space. + The desk and chair in the room are very ergonomic and comfortable for desk work (they're gaming desks and chairs). + Shared bathroom is reasonably clean.

- The soundproofing is subpar. I can easily hear my neighbours' activities. - The chair in the room is too short for the desk, though the hotel staff allowed me to borrow a chair in the lounge, which alleviated the problem somewhat. - No lift, hence not very luggage-friendly.

Couldn't find socket for hairdryer. Need to climb lots of stairs.

Quiet facilities, lounge available for guests, very good location. I recommend booking room with private bathroom.

The absence of elevators meant we had to haul our luggage up the stairs, which proved to be quite inconvenient. Additionally, we were surprised to receive only one room key for the entire family.

The location is incredibly convenient for reaching the CBD areas.

You have to give 100 dollars deposit, they check your room on the check out and then they give it back

Room was really nice, even though quite small and the bed pretty comfortable. Staff very kind. Shared toilets were ok and never busy. You can also use the pc's for 4 dollars.

Staff aren’t particularly friendly, standard room is tiny, everything is charged extra - they wanted to charge $12 a night for an extra duvet. Toilets are nice but weren’t always stocked up with toilet paper or soap. Lights in room are annoying, it’s either one at the top which doesn’t reach the bottom area of the room or flashing lights - no in between. Fine for a short stay but I think you can get better value for money elsewhere.

Great location and nice bathrooms, common area and bathrooms are generally clean throughout.

RGB for my gaming table not available, seems to be a lot of hair around so maybe not cleaned properly but i would come again. The experience was positive i don't mind coming again in the near future.

The toilet is good. Working hot shower, great toilet bidet .

Paid for a private bathroom but the toilet didn't work the whole time I stayed there, the chap on the front counter tried his best to fix it but I had to use the shared toilets and no form of refund was offered. The chap on reception was very helpful but was unable to repair the toilet. The young girl on reception was very immature and quite rude, she was not helpful in anyway.
