No bar in the lobby and no staff at the pool. Proper milk and not powdered would be good and more tea bags.

Great location across the road from Raffles hotel and shopping centre and Chjmes for good and drink. Staff were lovely and can’t thank them enough for returning my passport that I left in the hotel safe after I had checked out and remember after about 3 hours. Being able to use facilities to have a shower and get changed after checking out and waiting to leave for airport. Lots of bottled water provided in room.

It would be good if the hotel had a casual dinning and bar area for hotel customers to relax after a day’s work or leisure activities.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to other Singapore infrastructure. The rooms are clean with very comfortable facilities.

Staff on Front Desk, not friendly, nobody help us with luggage at check in time, the person in charge continuing using cell phone( maybe playing a game??) And didn't take care of us. We need to pull our luggage at the room.

Would prefer not to have a mobility room..the shower head only reached our chests. Staff should inform you before allocating and give you the option to decline.

This is certainly not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Despite its many attributes, the rooms are not of a high standard in terms of decor and the extra touches you’d expect of a 5 star hotel are non-existent- e.g. the toiletries provided are not particularly nice and are in dispensers, screwed to the walls; The orchid and fern displays in the public areas are fake (in Singapore!). As a guest I felt processed, rather than valued e.g. there are plenty of staff in the dining room at breakfast- but they are there primarily to remind you that service ends at 1030 (actually all cleared away by 1025), and to whip away used plates, sometimes before you’ve even finished.

Great location, overlooking Raffles and with so many attractions, restaurants etc within walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and, despite the hotel being very full, we found the staff and service very efficient. The buffet breakfast is good value and quality.

My visit coincided with Taylor Swift's concerts so price was up a bit - but as work was paying for my conference trip I did not mind!

Service desk at front was great always, free laundry for 2 items was great, complimentary free food to eat and drink in the room was much appreciated, room cleaning was absolutely superb. The breakfast was absolutely superb and the Cantonese restaurant on site that I ate dinner at twice was absolutely great. Ideally sited for a short walk to my conference venue.
