The property is in a great location if you’re seeking a short stopover near the airport but also nearby enough to keep you busy. The hotel was next to a beautiful beach walk and botanic garden like trail. It was also very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Also loved the water pressure in the shower.

The check in lobby is big and comfortable, We check in on a weekday, there is no queue. The staff that served us was very friendly and professional. I checked in 2 days for total 7 rooms, she recognised me and made it very easy for my relatives on collections of keys. We were given the rooms on the highest level and facing the sea. Thank you.

No top sheet on the beds and the doona didn't have a removable cover. I didn't like that.

Access to the water park was excellent. We used here as a spot over on the way home to Australia. The room fit all four of us comfortably.

The rooms were very small and not much room to move. There is a clever use of space though.

The A/C in our room wasnt very cold even at maximum cooling level. Location is a bit far from Orchard or Marina or Sentosa.

The room was clean - complimentary bottled water was provided. There were enough toilet papers. The concierge was more than happy to help us call a taxi for us.

A good cheap option close to the airport. Clean and quiet as the water park did not appear to be functioning. Close to a large shopping mall with good dining options.

A direct bus shuttle from the resort to Pasir Ris MRT station would be great! Not much options for food at the resort itself but lots available at the linked shopping center.

Love that it is a stone throw's distance to Wild Wild Wet! Shopping Center is linked to the resort.

Couldn’t work out the cafe/restaurant in the hotel which seemed to serve breakfast for tour groups. Breakfast options are available in the nearby shopping complex - but not all food places open early.

Right at Pasir Ris beach with controlled access through the back gate to the beach. Lots of walking tracks along the beach and through the mangrove forest and trees where you may see water monitors, sea otters and lots of bird life including hornbills. Can hire bikes to ride on the tracks. Within walking distance of Pasir Ris MRT and bus interchange. Water park next door which is good for kids and adults on a hot day. Shopping centre with food options and two supermarkets in front of the resort with a larger shopping complex and a hawker stand at Pasir Ris. Clean and well maintained. Free shuttle service between the nearby shopping complex and Pasir Ris MRT - although not really suitable for people with large luggage and it starts later in the day, but excellent for getting to and from Pasir Ris MRT and bus interchange. Close to Changi airport so it means you do not have to deal with the more crowded city areas.
