I was not informed before arriving that the swimming pool was closed for the whole of my stay (6 nights)! In Singapore climate that's a huge drawback . I felt cheated.

Sunday complimentary foodie tour-great tour led by friendly hotel employees -food tasting and a little bit of Chinatown sightseeing. Helpful staff.

Our room was small, the carpet bit stained, there was a strange gap in between the room and bathroom, very uncomfortable way to enter the shower cubicle. Our room didn't represent 4 star hotel, the biggest disappointment was that the swimmimg pool was closed for renovations without being informed earlier, I would have changed the hotel

Restaurants in hotel did not offer 15% discount to guests that's advertised. Treated customers as though they were locals not hotel guests . Had breakfast and drink at bar and wanted to charge to room . Not possible , pay direct but no discount offered .

The gym small and not well maintained. Always missing sanitizer, no water/towels, equipment is old etc. (At least it has infrastructure for calisthenics, like pull-up bars, which is the only plus).

Location is good, access to the metro is excellent.

Unfortunately, the overall presentation a the hotel is « tired » and in need of upgrade. The gym had equipment needing fixing or replacing. The bicycles advertised are non existent. Carpets need replacing.

The Dorsett was well situated. Very near the MRT station and that was so handy for getting around. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The rooms weren’t really clean, carpet stained and pillow cases marked. The hair dryer was missing from the room. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room even though I had informed the receptionist that I would like it cleaned whilst I was out.

The location was wonderful as it was just next to Outram Park Mrt which had 3 different connecting lines to various parts of Singapore! The room was bigger than the newer hotels. Had slippers and robes in the room.The bell hop was a lovely man who was very welcoming and helpful

I found the size of the bathroom to be small, although it didn't significantly bother me.

I recently stayed at Dorsett Singapore and had a delightful experience. The hotel's proximity to the Outram Park MRT station made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Upon arrival, I appreciated being able to check in at 10 am and immediately access my room, allowing me to start my day without delay. The room itself was comfortable and cozy, with the added of carpeting that I particularly enjoyed. The daily provision of bottled water and the consistent cleanliness of my room were thoughtful touches that enhanced my stay. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at Dorsett Singapore and would gladly choose to stay here again in the future.

Nothing. Hotel location is perfect. Right next to MRT station.

The bed is comfortable, and the aircon was cold. Had a goodnight sleep. Front desks are pleasant and accommodating.

- The nearest convenience store is quite far, at least 500m walk. - Sheets had black stains - My second stay here but both stays the shower drainage was very poor

Mattress and location mainly. When I informed the front desk of certain fixes (like AC and light not functioning) Anthea helped took care of it quickly.

The staff weren't very welcoming, I heard another guest being told information about where the pool was etc that we never received. The food options were closer to China Town so if if I had a short stop in Singapore again I'd stay closer to convenience.

There was a lift in the train station that took us up near the hotel (you have to look outside to the left to see where the hotel is as there is no sign when you exit) Room was comfy, good shower, comfy bed, Easy to reach on train from the airport Key card lift operation feels secure

The design of the bathroom was really not practical. The room was not too small but the placement of furniture makes it difficult to move around for 2 person. The rate was expensive considering that breakfast was not included.

Pool was closed just before a public holiday. Curtains in room could not fully close resulting in disturbed sleep in the morning when bright sunlight was shining.

Rooms are big, included a huge bathtub. Cleanliness is acceptable. Good location.

The glass door at the shower area should swing into the shower area instead of swinging out.

The hotel location was good, with proximity to the shopping centres & eateries. The room was clean, tidy & comfy.

The hallway has a musty smell and room is not kept well. It needs some renovations.

The property was close to Chinatown and MRT was right underneath the hotel which makes it very convenient.
