Geylang is what it is, very "lively street"; loitering guys and ladies of the night. Subway is 15 minutes away.

There were used water bottles inside the fridge. Housekeeping missed it for sure.

Location is alright. Not close to train station but there are bus stations that are conveniently close. Facilities are fair, price was high due to taylor swift's concert but it was expected.

Air condition not good and we changed room for twice. Power off at the third night that we had to move room again again~Exhaust system sometimes not strong enough and the room space is too narrow.....

renovations going on at the carpark so there is no overnight parking at the moment which was not indicated when we booked and also the hacking noise could be heard during the day which was difficult to sleep in due to the noise. But i guess it will be over in 1 months time, so hopefully the next time i come over the stay, will have completed.

clean room, convenient location, easy to find food. 15min walk to MRT station which is ok unless you have very big luggage. I have stayed here 3 times already and find this hotel is the best value of money in Singapore.

It was the smallest room of the 5 countries/ islands we visited and the most expensive The air conditioning does not cover the bed area BUT we were given another room card to enable us to have AC on all the time and that helped. Hotel had no ice when I asked and no tiny fridges in the room either. For such a hot country, this would have been nice

No bidets. Hopefully all Ibis Hotels has this feature and make it as their additional attributes.

Generally it was comfortable and meet our expectation. Our towels and toiletries were changed everyday which i find it very considerable as some budget hotels waits for their guest request. We had a pleasant stay.

The location was in the back end of town, didn't feel very comfortable walking around. It looked very run down from outside, not a very appealing hotel to stay at. The bed was very hard, did not get a good night sleep because the bed was so hard.

The check in was very easy, the room was easily accessible and they kept my bag for two weeks whilst I was away! Thank you very much to the reception staff for helping :) The staff were very friendly. The shower was warm and the TV had plenty of channels on to watch. The room was also big enough for two big suitcases.

The bed comfort was awful, it was like laying on stones. Also getting in and out the bed is hard work and for the older generation would be very difficult. Also the location of this hotel was bad, the area was run down, the hotel looked run down, bad appearance from outside the hotel. It was not a very nice area in Singapore to be.

Room was Clean, Staff were really nice and always went above and beyond including luggage storage! Thank you so much. Shower was hot and well stocked bathroom. TV had plenty of channels. Air-con worked well.
