We were initially put into a tiny cramped room that in no way fitted the description on our booking. After we spoke to staff about this, we were eventually moved to a more appropriate room but the hassle spoiled our arrival in Singapore.

Room attendant when asked for a clean cup washed the old cup by hand in the bathroom sink & handed it back.

Room was small but comfortable. Air conditioning was cold. Shower was small but worked well. Customer service was good.

The lack of communication and borderline rude. We booked the hotel because we were visiting sick relatives but had to change the dates at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Booking.com allowed us to change as long as the hotel agreed, but the hotel was unresponsive. I had to call over 5 times to ask them to answer the email from booking.com to agree. Even booking.com could not get through to them. A couple of times, the staff that answered the call said they were too busy and to call back later or started to lecture me on the process even after i told them that we could change based on the terms in the website. When I called back during non peak time, no one would answer. After three days, I managed to speak to the manager and requested to check his email and answer whether they could accommodate the change. It was finally done in 2 minutes.

Location...closer to Mustaffa store and eatery placess....lady Receptionist forgot the name may be Musa... not sure with immense experience gave us the strength during our stay...infact other staff in the hotel their attitudes towards guests not up to the standards and not friendly ,may be they were stress and over work..

- Room size also "Superior" very small (forget to open your suitcase comfortably) - electronic roomkey did not work 2 times As they have obviously mainy Asian Groups there is no continental breakfast available: Breakfast consists of: Buttertoast, Ham, Saussage, Fried Chicken parts, Fried Noodles and Fried Rice, Eggs both side cooked, little bit Fruits, Coffee, Tea and Water. No extra bread, croissants, no butter, no marmalade, no sliced saussage, no cheese, no Diaries like Joghurt, Muesli,

We booked this hotel because we did a Stop in SIN before heading to Bali. We dis not expect too much as prices are high in SIN especially in Hotes downtown. The Hotel is located between 2 MRT Stations one 7min the other 14min in LittLe India. - Room and beds clean - Beds very good... good matrazes - good shower - very quiet

The room doesn't have window and the room is a bit stuffy. The toilet door in my room was a bit broken. The toilet and the shower was literally on the same room, same place. Overall it's still quite a nice stay even though it is quite pricey.

The place is easy to find and located quite close from the city center, it's connected well with the MRT system. Wi-Fi works quite good, even though sometimes a bit slow. The room has the amenities as described and the staff were friendly. The room is quite small but still comfortable.
